Opsi fleet suggestions appreciated

Hey Guys, i play azur lane since last january, but never did opsi, only in a way for some meta fights. I'm at a point, where i think i can build some fleets that wouldn't be that bad for opsi, but i don't have a single clue what to use there. Now i can use 4 fleets and i don't know, if i can build 4 "good ones". Still missing some great ships like new york, shimakaze and more pr/dr ones, which i'm working on obviously. But for the fleetbuilding, i'd appreciate help very much, so i can finally farm some good gear. I have some basic knowledge about the game, but not about opsi, and what awaits me there.

In operation siren you want to stick to full cv and full bb fleet

i focused very hard oon the boss- and mobbing fleets until now, how is it in opsi? should i care it there the same way?

and how can i know for which fight to use ap or he?

The bosses has different armor, usually your ap fleet has all your URs and you just switch your weapons
HE BB is pretty underused and most people use it as a meme fleet

This month the Arbiter, boss in middle has heavy armor so you won’t use He BB

For the mobbing fleet, should i go with perseus+unicorn with my second musashi for the dmg absorbtion or something completely different?
