Vanguard + Musashi + one other BB for (Nagato or Kii for example). Tank (portland or Cheshire) + Helena and any damage dealer (Suzutsuki, Montpelier etc.)

You gotta work on the level of your ships to at least 120 for 6 ships to build a max level fleet
