I genuinely believe that its time this server got some improvements Bot-side wise. The excuse of "safe" bots is not a valid excuse when many other official and Yostar servers use multiple if not at least some notable moderation bots to curve the spam that happens every Maint.

Nimi already broke it's twitter API functionality but other bots that are still used by Yostar themselves in other servers work just fine.

A image attached is an example of bots used in Aether Gazer's Discord, that is used by Yostar that has no breaking API's, also curve's spam much better and has features to gate users who just join to spam. This has been an ongoing issue every maint.

The over-reliance on nimi when it doesn't even fucking work half the time is not acceptable.

I do not see any reason why we cant replace nimi and use things like Gizelle, Dyno,, Automod

When they have built in ways to deal with the maint spam every maint

Most of Yostar's servers use 6 bots

Revived Witch does, Majong does, So does Aether gazer.

If that includes gating new users, or forcing users into a trial period before they can post images

99% of the time especially during maint is people joining to spam

As Pin said, updated version of Nimi is being worked on.
But we're not adding any 3rd party bots nor replacing Nimi with other bots.

We considered that, but we don't want there to be discussions in game-feedback to begin with, at least currently. Maybe in the future and then we'll make it a forum as well.
