Hyuuga's actually really good too, and she's going to be easier to limit break. I don't know which I'd use honestly. Musashi's barrage is good enough that she might win out even at LB0, but I can't say for sure

Musashi, Long Island, Ranger would be good, or you could replace Ranger with Hyuuga. For vanguard, go Portland, Z23, Takao I guess.
