uhh the usual strat is reaserching pr 3 or 4 and coin 1 & 2

They're definitely worth yes
But get more blueprints

Agir and anchorage are usually preferred over azuma since azuma needs more investment compared to agir

And she is still worse

Ägir you can run at like d15
D25+ for hardest content preferred

yep and agir gets all her tankyness at dev 25

PR2 are all solid ships. Recommend going for Gascogne, Kitakaze and FdG here.
PR3 have some solid ships too, as well as good gear. Recommend going Mainz, Odin and Cheshire here.
PR4 has great ships, as well as some great gears. Recommend Anchorage for PR, both Aegir and Haku of the DRs.

Recommended strategy is to prioritize grinding for PR2 ships while prioritizing your researches in thr Research Academy to either PR3 or PR4, whichever you desire.

For pr2 I would grind the golds first so you can start coining them

With the aim to eliminate the golds' Ds to get more of the rainbows
