Would going for Akagi to just round out Akaga be best?

Or would it be better to go for Independence/Ark and DoY to replace Kaga?

akaga is honestly not worth

independdence unicorn works for mob

enty nano and ark is good boss at 12 and 13

z- vanguard is not very good

Otherwise yeah I'll just swap to Suzutsuki as my kinda tank for mobbing fleet
