I loved the first few eipisodes where he kept dying and trying to escape that loop but it changed after that and other then that re zero feels pretty generic to me. Subara is sort of interesting but the way he got emillia obsessed kinda dragged out a bit too long for my taste. Especially since she keeps saying she doesn't want subaru to get so involved.
