fry them good, add in some mashed tomatoes
mix
once the meat is almost ready, throw in a small mix of water and flour, to thicken the mixture
around 300-400 ml
in the end, pour the onions and mix
add in some parsley and lovage and you're done

How is it made?
@reef crane throw dried chillis into a blender, blend till desired grain size, pour into oven safe container, add various herbs and spices.
heat up peanut oil till smoke point, add roughly chopped raw garlic, cracked black peppercorns, and the crushed white part of scallions/leeks into oil.
stir oil till garlic is a light golden brown and remove from heat.
pour into chilli containers slowly while stirring.
stir till container is a safe enough temperature to handle.

mine usually becomes kinda like a thicc paste/sauce. i'd have to use pasta water to water it down to sufficiently cover the pasta
what happens if I fry my tomatoes and they become thick chips

sometimes when i have too much tomats, i use them as a sweet/sour base for proteins and/or veggies as well

this is one of my fav simple dishes. using a tomat as base works great.
