Certain B450 boards can run x570 CPUs, but not out of the box. You'll have to flash your BIOs and update em. So if you don't know anything about that and want the easiest way to get your PC up and running, just go x570 boards.

basically, your files are backed up and encoded so that anybody unauthorized can't access them

to decode them, you have to use whatever piece of software you used to encode them in the first place

if the data was backed up on your phone and you simply transfered that backup to your laptop, you can't open it from your laptop (or at least that's how it should be, maybe some third part software exists that allows you to open it, i have no idea about that) your phone however, should be able to

probably an option contained either in your phone's menu (if you used the device's own backup option) or whatever third party app you used to create the backup
