yeah, one of the things you can do, is give up first match bonus, and do 1 match shortly after reset at start of season
this pretty much guarentees you get a rusher, which then you can take bonus off of
can even try to repeat that quickly, I once managed to get all 4 possible bonuses out of 5 like that

you can do that for every reset early on, to be exact, go down to 4/10 immediately, and
though eventually hard rushers like that fall down in score, so it really only works the first few times

Yeah, PvP her targeting kills her already-not-amazing barrage
PvE though, Nagato+Tosa I think is a very legit boss fleet
has similar damage output to Monarch+Georgia...
Also great as second barrager for mob fleet, although that's going to be quite often overkill

Nagato's buffs for BBs is actually very strong (just compare Amagi damage output with and without Nagato in PvP), just that all the good IJN BBs are all flag-barragers, and so clash hard in position requirement
Tosa doesn't care though
