Tosa stats dont look very good, think she will be good for pvp?

some of the ratings are plain and simple wrong when u compare to other ships
they showed us 2 videos of tosa and she is very different in them. we'll have to wait for datamine to see how good ahe is but mostly it will be based on her barrage %
if it is like kaga bb she won't really be useful just like kaga bb because too inconsistent
also we don't know anything about 3rd skill and if she even have 1

Every subserver is completely independent of each other
hence why some people laugh at non-Avrora-PvP in EN
