Getting Admiral of the Navy is +2500 points. That's 1 extra Gold Bullin every 4 seasons (each season is 2 weeks, so 8 weeks total, or 2 months).
If you hardcore sandbag, you can pretty much guarantee yourself Admiral of the Navy.
If you casual sandbag and don't screw up any of your attacks, you can usually get Admiral of the Navy by burning all 5 attacks right after reset on the last 3 days.

So the question becomes, how much are you willing to sacrifice for that 1 extra Gold Bullin.
If you're sacrificing your sleep schedule, that's probably not worth it in most people's opinions since that's 8 weeks of sleep schedule sacrificing for a single Gold Bullin.
In comparison, if you casual sandbag, you don't sacrifice your sleep schedule but you might screw up 1 or 2 seasons. So instead of 8 weeks it'll be 10 or 12 weeks. But you get proper sleep lol

Remember that even without PvPing you get 1 gold Bullin every week just by doing dailies, and usually each season will net you around 10k points (without Admiral of the Navy) so in that 8 week's time you will already have 11 gold Bullins. You're sacrificing your sleep just to turn that 11 to 12.
