In any case, for PvE use, Litt gun only has like 2-3% higher per-volley average damage than Izumo gun even with the +10%, since the base stats are about that much worse
Also 1 higher fixed spread, though idk how much that matters, especially if it's on WSret

Imo not worth, more likely to come down to the 3rd volley than come down to 2-3% damage in a PvP match
