i'm also fairly confident ryuusei it's worse in pve too now if it starts targetting too early
the longer the time in between targeting and opponent ship the more chances if just misses
probably still useable with Formi/Centaur comp but yeah if there's no chance of it targetting backline then into the 🚮 it goes.

for solo hiryuu there's like no way that ryuusei will hit opponent backlines with vg around unless they miss vg and head towards opponent mainfleet
Yeah before patch, ryusei could snipe backline if either enemy VG pushed too far ahead or if they are too above/below the screen. Now it seems only the latter works. This is definitely a nerf overall.
