Since crash damage is not affected by slot eff, that means that in general lower eff slots favor Cuda more and higher eff slots favor Ryuus more, relative to a "baseline"
imo 125% eff is still enough to favor Ryuus in most cases, especially since Formi's slow (she doesn't stop for her own strike, only slows) enhances Ryuu hitrate on vanguard
