Also I can very much confirm subs don't recharge oxy immediately upon surface, and it seems it might be nonlinear (or has delay)
Switch on option cooldown from sub1 to sub2 and back leaves sub1 having barely recharged any oxy at all, only about amount for the switch option to come off CD
