You don't need to rush it much, also hsfcr will do very little to 1st strike reload, cause it's already 6-7 sec and % from that is negligible. Cent FP buff lasts 8 secs, so if she launches somewhere 21-22 secs with not very fast loadout, second KGV salvo should be somewhere 26-28?

The problem is to make second BB also synch and that leads to BBs w/ triple381/406 hitting into rudder (if it's barrageboat vs main, vs vanguard it's fine)
