Well, all the stats shown in-game technically don't matter, since displayed stats and actual stats on backend are two different things
It's why we can have situations like the Sakura twin 127 firing 4 shots per salvo but in-game panel stats say 2 shots

Dispersion listed sometimes does correspond to a dispersion stat on the gun, for some guns without fixed patterns - but for non-arcing shots you're mostly fine thinking "a number pulled out of the ***'* ***"
