the spread on Nepgun is at about the perfect balance imo for general use overall
not so spread out that you don't reliably hit multiple shots on a target
spread enough that it doesn't fully miss most moving targets (at least in PvE, ofc PvP is different)
just the wonky spread mechanics, but that's rarely an issue
would be better if there was no spread like the tbtskc
increase the sigma
ehh tbtsk spread means it always misses stuff that is moving with any speed, as a secondary
and the spread is tight enough that as a main gun it's not a big issue
non-random spread though would probably still be an upgrade
152 misses the target much more often than tbtskc on Bismarck
if just as a normal aux, tbtskc would be worse because of 2x2

Yeah, Atlanta-class barrage is good enough currently for 100mm over the 127mm imo (Gun dps diff << Barrage DpS diff)

either way you still need 818 to time with her snip anyway

Holy shit her dps with quad 380 must insane for bosses with that, the manual aim boost, and the 30% crit chance/50% crit damage with quad 380
