A barrage monster... There's really nothing much to say here for she's strong overall. She can work with any backline you want. I preffer her with Nagao & Amagi

With a gun based AP barrage that lands straight on the opposing backliner, Firepower stat to send them straight to the bottom and about as much HP as Hood with better armour modifier,
here comes Monarch, a HMS ship that does not even need her Queen to do well, unlike so many others, but still benefits immensly from her presence due to being way overstated.
Her barrage gains even more traction as her opponents strike back at her, boosing her already over average for a battleship reload stat.
Just dont bank too much on her self healing, it comes late and is too slow to make any reasonable impact beyond saving her from embarrasing demise as a result of being rammed by Yukikaze.
Requires dev25 to be useable, dev30 to be great.

@balmy torrent if you haven't figured it out yet, the relevant formula is under the "battleformula" file iirc
it's called "Xspeed" or "Xvelocity" or something like that, 3 separate functions that all do the same thing, for ship, plane, and bullet speed
the function is called when setting the "velocity" stat, with the argument being the "speed" stat

the "velocity" stat is then used in the movement codes, afaik the "speed" stat is never used there

there's some additional scaling factors that I then gave up on figuring out how they factor in since the relevant code for that is spread out across like 12 files with like 2 I can't find for the life of me

projectiles have a scaling factor of 0.1, ship and planes have one of 0.01
I think there's also other scaling factors, and I never found out where in the code those factors are used so idk the formula

planes have a factor called "scale" iirc, which is set iirc to 0.75 or 0.7, I forget.
The first factors I mentioned are in the "battleformula" file iirc, or maybe the the "battleconstants" or whatever it's called file right in the same folder.
The plane "scale", I forget where I found it, but it was somewhere else.
