The WSkai-RNBB team focuses fire much harder than any other team, and wins by killing enemy main 1-by-1; only Hiryuu reliably lasts more than 1 round of focus fire.
However, when the team focuses fire, it does hardly any damage to other ships.
Hiryuu always gets off 2, and maybe 3 strikes when focuses, and so gets near-full-value, and gives the rest of the team time to equalize for the resulting 2v3 main, since the 2v3 will be 2 near full vs a much weakened 3
