I just defeated a Namayuu team in mirror consistently, after some optimizations
I wasn't facing a fully optimized/maxed version, but at least it proves that optimizing fleets can make a difference

Fleet Power works as follows
- It considers your entire dock
- Certain equipment gives more points than others, especially with their rarity
- Only the highest level girl and the highest LB girl of that particular copy is considered. If there exists another girl or girls of the same LB, the highest combat power girl will be counted in.
- Duplicates that are of lower LB will be factored in, but follows point 3 except restricted to that particular LB. So 0LB, 1LB, and 2LB each can have the same girl and all three will be counted in. Any duplicates that have lower combat power, however, will not be factored in if they are at the same LB level.
- If there exists a retrofit of a girl and a MLB of a girl, only the retrofit girl is factored into the fleet power.
- The equation overall is like this:
Combat Power w no equip * LB Modifier + Combat Power considering only equip * Equip Modifier.

Looking at that analysis, it looks to be more optimal to have SG SG on Amagi over badge SG. But this is looking at namayuu.
I'm currently using Amakaga and Namagi as 2 seperate fleets because of not having hyuuga or hiryuu ready.
Is it still more beneficial to have nagato use hsfcr/sg and amagi sg sg. Or amagi badge sg?

I went for HCFR/SG on Amagi
HFCR on Nagato imo is a waste because
- Nagato proc chance low
- Nagato with 381 already shoots fast enough that she won't get sniped by opposing Nagato barrage before she launches her own, since Nagato's barrage takes almost 3 s to travel across the map
- Nagato as flag tends to take a lot of damage
Amagi's barrage travels a lot faster, and so it matters more on her in terms of Amagi vs Amagi
though my current strat is to set Amagi on Hiryuu and try to focus down opposing Hiryuu before my own goes down, which HFCR also helps with. Amagi being in one corner also takes less damage
Hence also why I put Badge on Hiryuu, since she is then tanking opposing Amagi

I think it might also be worth considering SG/Badge on her
Especially if you're not matching Amagi on Hiryuu but instead are running mirror positioning as well
In that case Hiryuu is taking less focus, and so can more safely run extra damage

The tankiness is only vs non suicide, non-fire damage
So it's worse than what's given
But it's hard to quantify how much better/worse, so add your own subjective opinion
And yeah, HFCR/SG is 5% dmg boost over double SG, which is... meh
And Nagato barrage travels so slowly that 381 Nagato launches own barrage before HFCR381 Nagato's barrage hits
Yep, amagi's travels in sub 2 s so it can hit first
Though my choice is amagi on Hiryuu, then Badge on Hiryuu
Hiryuu is the only one than gains significantly more %eHP than loses %dmg with the badge
If your Hiryuu procs 2nd there's a good chance you win, is my thought
Plus you take 20% less on offense so you still do more than the def in mirror
Loss of just under 15% dmg
If Hiryuu is higher enough %dmg of team though it may still not be worth
but it feels like for now she's only about on par w Amagi/Nagato in mirror
I've advocated for Badge on Hiryuu for a long time,
tbh half the reason I made this was to validate my estimates on that 
If you're not tanking w Hiryuu then you want dmg on her for sure
But, again, my current strat for the mirror is to race my amagi damage on Hiryuu for his amagi damage on Hiryuu
So HFCR amagi and Badge Hiryuu for the strat I use
who was it that used 6 boiler, or was that just for a test

It's a toss-up, and until someone does some detailed analysis on it I'd say it's more personal preference than anything else
and i'd say 50% of the time, the VG doesn't get hit by the centre area of the barrage

Main reason why I have her sink early/take a lot of dmg early, at least from what I see, is fires
well, a way to objectively test is to run like 20-30 tests for toolkit boiler, boiler FE each
and track the death timer for YKKZ
you can take 1 damage from a shell, and then take like 3k damage from fire set by it
Barrage does like 1/4-1/3 of ykkz hp in fires if it sets too
the tradeoff is 234 HP
or if boiler/ext, also the lost regen
just consider these things, they are stuff i considered when pondering about this topic
- DDs receive 25% dmg reduction
- defending fleet takes 20% dmg penalty
- YKKZ HP (after toolkit/boiler) is subject to PVP HP multiplier of 2.22 (HP stacks multiplicative)
- nagato barrage proc-rate is 40%, fire dmg proc-rate is 50%
Barrage can/does hit multiple times, so it's almost guaranteed fire if ykkz isn't tucked away

Dropping kit entirely is at least 5% loss in HP from the heals, on top of the HP equip gives

consider the possibility of fire actually proccing
and maybe toolkit is key for YKKZ
