If you know the basics of how pvp comps work then there really isn't any need for tier lists atm because on offense about any decently constructed composition has over 70% winrate. If you want a good comp for defense however, its just WASD with Amagi atm probably

and flagship loli is coming so any info you will get out of a tier list for current state of EN will be moot in a week or two

Yeah mostly, but if RNG not on your side you can still easily get wrecked in mirror against a torp VG which takes advantage of that. Of course, if the enemy torps miss and your VG survive airstrike then its GG easy but I wouldn't underestimate it. If they force a VG trade and make it a backline battle, things can get sketchy.
