Does the autoloader not work on the main gun for battleships in PvP?

30 reload is not something that will help a whole lot in pvp because it can only make a difference over the course of very long fights and running a Reloader means you are not running bonus accuracy or evasion which is also not ideal

If you are running multiple battleships with the same main gun, you might consider running a Reloader to pick which one shoots first and so they do not naturally make eachother wait, but it's a rather niche application and High Standard FCR is much better at both making you shoot faster and stagger the shots

On my fw I run one reloader since I'm using two 406mm, as long as you atleast have one gold sg radar or the gold fcr

Typically you want at least one evasion item on any given backliner because their base evasion is very low, so HSFCR and SG radar is probably a better combo

Obviously its harder to arrange for carriers because their slots are very important (OIL TANK) and you can't use radars on them, but you get the idea.

How does it work: you either go vs hyper agressive team like foxes with something, you eat the first strike with your vg, they sink, you win because their vg cant dodge point blank shells and 127mm guns, while sodak just eats 2nd akaga strike with aegis, all of it.

If you meet something stally like wasd e with juneau and other garbage, your vg lives and outdamages theirs usually sinking it within like 20 seconds due to Amagi barrage, you get to their backline and you win again because their vg is dead and you are shelling their back raw.

It is rather funny way to play this otherwise super boring backline, give it a shot.
