I am seeing reviews all over the place for that game lol. Some people are loving it and calling it the best gacha of the year while some are calling it just okay while some are down right frustrated about the combat and difficulty walls you have to get over. I believe @stuck copper has some legit concerns as I too was tired of the shit combat screwing you over. Combat seems very RNG since you get dealt a random starting hand at the beginning.
People do agree tho that it is very dolphin friendly. Which is kinda sus imo. I still think they released this game as a quick cash grab which is why packs are so cheap and the permanant VIP

couldn't heal my guys, because i had to wait out a string of special attacks, which combo'd me to death. so that was gg right there.
most of the game was not like that, but some encounters were, and it pissed me the fuck off.
i can only speak for the first 7 chapters though. the rest i haven't been able to access.

i think some encounters are just way overtuned.
