In the middle

Has the range of a ST caster

Bounces and does AoE but reduces the damage with each bounce

I think the main issue

Is because of how defense works

Like if we take her max atk with trust which is 648

The last bounce is 162

Most def is around 100 for most enemies

That's a measly 62 damage

No wait

150 defense

It's around 12 damage

Which means it's hard cap to 32.4 damage

Due to being 5% of her atk

So it's easy to see where the problem lies

but she does arts damage

oooh she has a unique base buff

they tried to make her 3 different things at once, and she fails at all 3

compared to other operators

The worse the effects

Meaning enough attack will overpower anything

This doesn't apply for magic damage

Like to hit 1000 damage with 90 res

You need to hit for 10k hits

To hit 1000 against def

that's the circumstantial part

You only need 1000 atk above whatever def they have

of course it's better in some circumstances

Which makes atk vs def a lot easier to work around

Unless you have some form of res mitigation

A 40% of whatever res they have

Can vary from tiny modifiers

To ones as high as 40x+

44x if you have her talent upgrade
