i have to commute and hour+ to work, its hourly wage, so if i dont do the full 8-hour shift, that's a reduction in pay, and i have to a lot of preparation outside of work to get our job done in a timely manner, and i dont get paid for that

well, first of all, my hourly wage is based off of where i work, so the area that i cover right now is like the highest of tier

so if i want less commute, its less hourly

the preparation is like really necessary, it would be a waste of time if i do that during working hours and we would be done way later than we should be
