silver = occupy all nodes
gold = clear map in x turns and kill y number of enemies
have to be your kills tho, friend echelons won't count
dont have to do everything in 1 run btw
so you can do gold in 1 run, the go back and silver in another
gold medal gives you gems, silver gives you tdoll contracts
also there's achievement milestones for medals so you can get some more rsc/stuff just doing that

also since you wanna be stockping up on manpower
keep in mind that you pay manpower for fielding a team, it's a 1 time payment
also more dolls in echelon and more dummy links = higher manpower cost of fielding
usually rations and ammo are the thing you'll chew through the most
also unlike al, if you run out of ammo or rations, your echelon will not attack or use skills at all
which basically means autoloss
oh and if you lose a doll in the echelon, everyone will lose affection with you, except for boss fights
so if they're low on hp, retreat them before they ded
besides, the more dmg they have, the more expensive repair is, meaning more manpower used
