The thing is this - for a lot of the raid bosses, you need to be able to do a certain amount of damage to it in order to get "good" reward drops at anything more than a kill-myself-right-now drop rate. But you need to be at least a little strong to be able to do that damage

#

you can just call for backup and other people can join in - but they can join in and obliterate it with one swing of their mighty whale gacha e-peen, leaving you without much chance of reward

#

a lot of the fights are pretty good/interesting for a handful of friends but kind of hard if you're stuck between "carry it all on your own" or "invite the legion of space whales to nuke it from orbit"

just focus on the sides, not the center

with H5-4 i had to anticipate faust's instant kill crit and use specter to tank it without losing her
