so for pure gameplay, angelina > siege > ch'en imo

siege is just a good vanguard until e2, but e2 is when she starts pushing ahead of the other VG's in her role

Angelina is incredibly reliant on s3, but ch'en uses s2 most the time anyway so e2 not a must, even if its good for her talent
