What I’m saying is that the fact that it occurs once per battle would have to be stated in the skill original skill description Raws... meaning that if it’s a mistake, it’s a case of “we didn’t wanna put it in”, “we didn’t finish TLing the skill”, or “we forgot to put that part in.”
