plugged up the ethernet directly to my PC and it did show a 300/20 speed

turns out my router's an old model that can only pull off a 100 mbps

gonna have to pack up my modem, take it to them and exchange it for a modem + router combo

on the + side I'm gonna be having myself 300 mbps download so when fucking shadow of war stops preallocating I'll have triple the download speed

I suppose in hindsight I should've just freed up space on the SSD, download it to there first and then just move it to HDD
