pretty much the way it works is your available blueprints are dependant on your signal strength. Not sure if fighting easier maps has smaller chance at the purps/golds but for now assume that it's better to get the easy chapters, since they'll cost you less oil to run

and yea, like I said, if I roll late chapters, I just keep popping my signals and prioritize clearing easier ones first so I can get as many of those as poss

tho I'm still unsure if there's anything regarding chances of rarity you get

so far it seems like you get roughly same chance at purps/golds on earlier chapters as you do on late
