5 battles before boss appears means 5x1,3=6,5k per run assuming you get mvp on all 5 runs

assuming it'll cost you about 20-25 oil per run if you go absolute minimum

meaning 1-1 setup

so 40 runs of 176 oil

that's like 7k oil

and during all that you also get exp on your backliner

who also gets 1.5 bonus from being flag

so 7k oil effectively gets you 1 full level unlock to 105 on vanguard and 1 backliner very close to it

that's actually pretty manageable

you can easily pace yourself for a week or two to get a decent number of ships to 105

and the highest trash mobs ever get on chapter 11 is 106

1 level behind is not as big a deal

so if you slap 100k extra exp, you can go 106 and nullify the level difference entirely

and they'll keep growing stronger as you progress through the chapter

11-1 alone drops you 948 base exp per medium fleet

actually with that said you can propably hit lvl 106 from clearing alone

by the time you hit 11-4
