you can either "be wasteful" or "not be wasteful", which well, both end up pretty much the same
main point of food like royal gourmet and full course is, the buff they give, the amount of food value they add is pretty minuscule, and the buff is for the same amount of time whether you add it from time to time, or stack the buff at the same time. and best food to get is curry anyways, its cheap, you most usually always have oil, and can grab it for good value + 5%
