it just says art, also official arts aint immune to nsfw stuff either so the thing that's banned is literally the in-game CG/art. Fanart is judged by itself - e.g. fanart with swimsuit Deutsch is allowed, as long as it's not nsfw/suggestive enough. At least that's what I've been told. warShrug
