Updated the game through the App Store, but now whenever I start the game it instantly crashes. Is there any way to fix this or will I have to reinstall?

I can't open the app, it just goes black and closes instantly
I imagine if it instantly crashes, they cannot access either of those

No can do. Seems to be trouble from the play store side though. After trying (once again) to clean install the app (with the addition of restarting my phone this time), Google play gave me an error saying it couldn't install the app. (it did, much to my amusement, leave a 150mb "app" that doesn't work)

Most likely unfortunately. But you could try turning off your connection, getting a time-out notice, then turning the connection back on to see if it reconnects
I had to redownload azur lane and i cannot seem to update the dialogue and l2d versions so i cannot listen any dialogue and even the "azur lane" when i load into the game. How ways to fix it?

Hm...let's first try fully restarting your device, just to test that out if you haven't yet. If that doesn't work, try a file repair from the settings menu in game just to see if it's some odd form of corrupted file issue

Hello, I need help with updating error. I tried to update today and it started ok, but after getting down to some mb (don't remember how much exactly) it failed, I tried to restart the download, uninstall the game, clean uninstall the game, but with no prevail. I do not want to format my cellphone but it seems to be the only way. Help.

Not usually, dare I say it's pretty fast, my brother also plays and he had no problem (we use the same wifi)
since your account is bound and you say you are using the right email, I can only suggest trying to login a few more times through the login buttons at the title screen and it should let you in eventually, sometimes it takes a bit of time to connect the account information back @rough owl

In AL itself, in the google play store it goes ok
I personally wouldnt since we dont see logins take that long, generally they relog multiple times and restart their device and it works within a couple of minutes @rough owl

Cleared cache force stop restarted still broken
Already had them all downloaded before update too so now them not being there is odd
Help, finally managed to fix the crash but this happened when I try to login to Twitter via the app

helpme i cant login (facebok-yostar is the same error)
Game will not download for me from the play store. Whether it was the 248 MB file or the 2GB full game. Neither will download from the play store. I got to 96% of the full game last night and I let it sit overnight and it never completed. I could never get the 248 megabyte file to download from the play store it would stay at 10%, 11%, 80% and then just get stuck. I have deleted the game from my phone and tried to reinstall that way and that fails as well. I've got it downloaded on BlueStacks on my PC but that's it so my account is there but I cannot download this game on my phone.
I have restarted my phone also in attempts to get it and switched between Wi-Fi connection and mobile data connection they do not work on either one.
Now when I try from the play store it's stuck at waiting to download. I don't know what they did but they really screwed up the download.
I tried again, uninstalled, removed all files, moved to internal storage, but gave the same error :/

Right so because bluestacks + azur lane takes up a bunch of memory on my computer I had to uninstall (I did bind my account beforehand) bluestacks and download it on an external hard drive.
I downloaded the latest bluestacks onto the hard drive, downloaded the v5.1.6 APK from apkpure.com and when I installed it onto bluestacks there was no problem.
When I opened the game however, it showed the yostar icon and the other ones before fading to black. At first I thought it was just trying to boot itself up but after 1 hour it was still on a black screen, and I can't do anything.
TL;DR
Basically when I try to load up Azur Lane on bluestacks the screen shows the company icons but fades to black and does nothing. Tried waiting for an hour and nothing happened.

Hi, I was able to play AL previously before a recent update in my country, I cant remeber if I had gotten it originally from Play Store or Aptoide, but now it seems to be unavailable in my country. After some tedious tests to update and reinstall, I'm getting stuck on what seems to be the initial login screen but without the backdrop update image. Is this due to using Aptoide or is there a different issue at play here?

Well usually a blackscreen is a sign of either a connection issue or a file issue with the game. For the former, try using a different network connection if possible or a downloading and using a free VPN to see if it clears it up. For the latter, try a fresh install of the game after making sure ALL the files of the game are uninstalled/deleted from your device

I've got the game on android, ive done a uninstall previously, are there any files that might need to be deleted additionally to the uninstallation? if not then it still isnt working after an uninstall. Will uninstall again, takes a while to download so further reply from my side would take a while.
Well usually a blackscreen is a sign of either a connection issue or a file issue with the game. For the former, try using a different network connection if possible or a downloading and using a free VPN to see if it clears it up. For the latter, try a fresh install of the game after making sure ALL the files of the game are uninstalled/deleted from your device
@spring grotto well I tried that and it didn't work, any other suggestions? I couldn't use the VPN one since it kept saying not available in your country and I used a few VPN's + Set bluestacks location. I tried the second, purged the files and the temp files and got nothing to work
Hm...if you made sure to manually delete ALL files from the game, nothing too solid from aside from guesses. Perhaps some odd issue with BS. But if none of the above worked, I can't say for sure. Sorry

Ok, did a full uninstall and reinstall, still sitting with the same screen, im on android btw
Did a full data and cache wipe and reinstalled again, still gets stuck on that screen. I haven't used a VPN to do the install yet as I dont have enough money for it unless someone can provide me with a free VPN

@cursive jetty Did you connect to the correct server? Your account info is server-specific, so if you used to play on (i.e.) Sandy, you have to connect to Sandy to continue where you left off. If you don't remember what server you played on, try them all.

yeah for some reason, i never use it besides for Azur lane
twitter accounts can be suspended as suspect for being a bot

Afaik, we haven't found the exact cause of 100222. But tell them to make sure they're logging into the correct Twitter account (in case they have multiple ones), try clearing the game's cache in the phone settings, and try downloading the Twitter app if they don't have it already downloaded. Just to try those out

I crash if I click on dorm or when I finally get in dorm and try to feed or even when it’s loading in the furniture

the only other way I can think of to force ships out of the dorm is using the lecture hall but if it's all different classes of ships it'd take a few days
i downloaded memu and used azur lane on there to take my ships out. i will test if dorm works normally once my ipad finishes updating

sometimes your usual internet connection and azur lane dont want to meet so it will lead to this endless loading, it will generally resolve itself within a day but there are workarounds to get it sooner

try switching out the gun to see if it stays in your inventory, or if it just vanishes.

If you're 300/300 on your blueprints, that's the reason why. It's 300 across ALL PR1 ships, not 300 per ship. So you're down w/ the catchup if you're at 300

For me, in the rhythm mini game, the sound when a note is tapped has about a 1 second delay from when I input the note and when the sound plays. The game still registers the tap at the right time, but the sound itself is delayed enough to get distracting. This has persisted through a data repair and a full reinstall

I've completed both stages with 3-stars, and I've played said stages roughly 4 or 5 times after achieving the 3-star ratings, but I've not seen the sticker on the board.
I have picked up the sticker for SP1, 2, and 3. Is the hint for these stickers incorrect? Does it require playing until the stages are Safe? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Got the note: if you do a retry for your first song to get the note of the day, it does this wierd glitch where you'll only get the note if you restart your game and don't have a redo or a retire from the song

Nope. Do note the very first song wont show a score till you move left or right, and it stores hard and easy seperatrly.

just make sure it says you have an account connected in the binding screen of options and tomorrow you can check the pins of this channel, there is a How to Bind and How to Login portion, read the How to Login portion (2nd half of the image) and you’re good to go

I’m having issues clearing SP5, my game keeps crashing once Taihou and Roon attack. Is there anything I can do to prevent that? It’s getting tiring doing this over and over, when I want to complete this event.

An update to my previous post. I tried logging in on my other accounts and they're working just fine but when I switched back to the said account, it's stuck.
I... might have made the mistake of deleting my old Twitter account before unlinking it off my AL account, now it gives me an error whenever I try to unlink my deleted account.

Oh god, I tried shifting my Azur Lane account to BlueStacks and it seemingly cant pick up the Yostar account bind I had on it... I sent in a support email about it but they should be able to recover the information right?

I'm coming back to azur Lane after pretty long time and as I was trying to log in through fb and instead of my old account I had to start game from the skratch and I have no idea how to get the old account back cause I don't even remember my username
can you try logging into all servers
do you have your original account’s UID by chance? its a long string of numbers
account recovery is possible, but since you dont seem to remember even your username, its not exactly possible in this case

I've spent like 400+ cubes and have gotten 10+ copies of Dido, Baltimore, Albacore and multiple Taihous but have not gotten a single Tashkent. Is Tashkent's drop rate different?
