My account is not bound to Twitter or Facebook (I do not trust these social networks, I was banned from them for no reason), so I use the Yostar account, which is bound to my email. But this picture does not say anything about the Yostar account, but on the competition website I was able to login from the Yostar account, and I sent my work to the competition using this account. it does work with YAS, I have not tried to submit yet so I dont know the exact process, but if you enter in your email and it is one that is connected to an account/yostar account, it will automatically connect to your AL information

You can also try contacting customer support to see if they can help you get it unbound. But you most likely would need the second account's information for them to find it and get it unbound for you

Hi! Recently i installed an Android 9 (With VirtualBox) on my PC. I wanted to play Azur Lane on it because my phone is really weak so it cant even run AL normally. I start the game, it asks for storage, i grant it, then it crashes. I reinstalled the game sevaral times, still the same. Is there something that needs to be done to be able to play on PC?

@burnt cradle If your account is bound, you might have to delete the three CSV files in Android/data/com.YoStarEN.AzurLane/files/
This way it doesn't delete your account ID, but it does force you to re-download every data file.

You will need to place another bind on that account (either via Twitter or Yostar), or customer support will need to manually unbind it for you

That is not a bug, z2 odds are low, same as with the Shimmering Fjord event.

Is there a definite explanation for the "your account is logged in on another device" error? It happens very often after leaving the game open in the background and what the text saying is serious issue
Has it been discussed for changing this error type into more accurate description? As it is now if my account is actually logged in on another device i'd just ignore the warning and won't be able to prevent any damage
the error is correct and accurate, it means the connection is suddenly so disrupted/unstable/laggy that you register as connecting twice due to the staggered reconnection

it sounds like it might be broken files, are you installing a fresh azur lane or just updating it?
judging the specs it should be able to run and no google play services shouldnt be the result of it crashing 
you may need to delete it and try again

Is it possible that my account got hacked because when I play on BlueStacks emulator for the 2nd day I got a massage after the game force logging me out that my account is being used from another device? Also is there any counter measure I can take to make the "hacker" unable to disassemble/ retire any ship or cause any harm to the stuff that's on my account or make the "hacker" be unable to log into my account if it is the case?

@supple thicket After logging in to fb you need to login to a server to make the character icon appear. It lacking doesn't mean your char is gone. Hence why they always advise to try logging in all servers. Tried that?

That's because your dock is full of ships, try buying more slots or retire some ships

I suggest reinstalling and emailing support that you need account recovery, the staff cant reinstall the game for you but they can help you link your account

also one helpful person pm'd me saying that during cleaning my phone i delated some file and it happened to him too. he said he will send me that file, so ill try it first and then reinstall ect

In no particular way. You just wouldn't be able to use it to recover the account. And you'd need to have customer support remove that unusable email to let you add a new email to the account

It's a form of expired login error. You just need to log into your bind option on the title screen (such as Yostar, FB, Twitter) to fix it

No, it isn't. But if you're sure you don't have it bound, you will most likely need to reinstall the application to clear the error and then contact customer support for them to help you recover the account after the reinstall

So im having a problem submitting an entry for the dorm contest. When i log into it and click submit, and agree, it just stays on that scren not doing anything. So I'm not sure if this question is necessary here but I'm kind of wondering and I'm unsure on where to ask. I have an account on Avrora that I made back in 2019 but I also made an account on the Amagi server a few months back or something and when I go in to settings it says both of them are binded to my Facebook and Twitter.

It should be lower, yes. The Play Store will be weird at times and redownload files of the game w/o deleting the old ones. Which leads to bloated game sizes

There's your reason. The game can't handle scrolling from something like an emulator which has the capabilities of going a lot faster than a mobile device thanks to the use of a mouse. It's been an issue for pretty much the entirety of the game, but as it's just how the game is built, the only option is to just try and not scroll too fast

you can bind with another option and then unbind the twitter
I only recommend this because I dislike suggesting you remove your only bind
But its not an true account i just passed the tutorial and tried to connect the other count but it binded it to this one

yes all binds work as long as you have access to the account used
So my account is logged in with appleid, but I've sold my ios device and moved to android so can't login to it 😦 Can like a staff member with ios device login and create a yostar or one of the other options or is there anything I can do on my end

I have a profile that is connected only with facebook which is what I want to delete while the one with the yostar account is the one to which I want to connect it
got it, can you collect the UID, username, server, and a screenshot of the binds page on the account you want to remove the bind on?
you will need to contact customer support and they can move the facebook bind onto the account with your yostar account, they just need to know the details of the accounts
you can just unbind the facebook account in the ingame settings, is there an error?

accounts with only 1 bind cant be removed manually unless you add another bind, which is why you're getting that error

@heavy shadow unfortunately this error hasnt really shown up in 1 year, the only finnicky solution we could manage was that the third party account either needs to be the same email as the yostar or it needs to be different, we dont know what causes this kind of disruption

As long as your account is bound it's easy. I swap between Bluestacks and my phone 4-5 times a day with no problem.

Any of the bound accounts works. You just sign in the bound account once the first time on the device and then it'll let you log in with a click on that device after that.

@carmine hedge Hopefully nothing, but you do run the risk of it potentially losing your account
if you have your account binded to twitter or fb or yostar then you get log into that account and get it back
but if you don't have your account binded to another account, and you update and your account is lost off the phone, your azur lane account is toast, there is no getting it back

@brisk vigil I would suggest you undelete facebook, log in on azur lane and bind it to twitter or yostar (or ideally both) then re-delete your facebook. Otherwise I think you're out of luck

I discontinued the "100% download but no install" thing earlier. completely disconnected my phone's wifi and checked back after an hour
then I got in the game without it redirecting me to google playstore
my azur lane takes slightly over 6 gb memory
