you can collect that 300 bp for all pr1 ships, not for 1 individually, i collected over 200 first for st louis, then switched to monarch, and it did not reset the counter

please reply back saying you need them to remove your suspended twitter since you no longer have access to it, if you were slightly vague about it or explain too much, they likely thought you have account recovery issues

So i completed all the missions from bulin support plan and got 2000 specialised core. But now specialised core i got from missions are gone
I already got a mk3 bulin as prove that i have cleared all missions
That count of 1919/4000 is only for cores that you get from sortie drops. It doesn't count cores from mission rewards and the like
The full count will be in the core shop
The counter is for the 4000max per month (it'll turn 0 the 2st). The bonusquest doesn't count towards that (weeklies do so the "mission awards" above isn't fully correct). For your actual cores see prototype shop or inventory.

I have an issue, my azur lane app gets stuck in the loading screen and it keeps loading and loading saying that I have network error. My internet is working fine, YouTube works, google works, twitter works etc and it's on maximum speed, everything works perfectly fine and fast how it should be but azur lane app just won't let me in. I tried clearing the cache, I restarted my router a few times and my phone but nothing seems to work, it's still the same. Does anyone else have this issue or how do you fix this?

Usually it's just a connection issue to the game servers; it can come from either client side or server side. Though it's hard to tell which one exactly. What region are you from exactly? Such as SEA, EU, NA

In the meantime though, you could be able to turn off the VPN once you've connected to the game. And just check every now and again if you're able to connection w/o it active

Can you not limit break a ship with a Bulin that’s leveled up to lvl 3 I have 3 mkII bulins on is lvl 3 and the other are lvl 1 and I’m trying to limit break any of my other ships and the lvl 3 is the only one not to show up

Check all your event or Hard mode fleets. They're probably in one of those (it really should just list them and when used unequip, but sadly that's not how it works ingame ATM).

Well it does seem like you're just inputting the wrong Twitter credentials when you get to the Twitter login page (perhaps if you have multiple Twitter accounts, you're inputting the different account's login information)
But if you're absolutely sure it's correct, contact customer support and ask them to manually unbind it for you and let them know that you're getting that error so that you're not able to unbind it yourself

Hello, suddenly, I lost my account on the sandy server. I had it bind with yostar and twitter, yet, when I log in it sends me to the tutorial and says I don't have characters on any server
Make sure you're logging into your bind option from the title screen of the game and also just try fully logging into all the servers even if it doesn't show the character icon. The character icon won't show up till you fully log into that particular server as it's client side

You need to make sure she's not in any fleets. This includes standard fleets, HM fleets (for ALL hard mode stages W1-11), and event stages. Please do check if the Burin is in any of them

Unfortunately I can't say for sure. This is for EN support only. You might be able to check on the community server (linked in #welcome) or check on the subreddit and see if they have the process for the JP server

It does if you don't choose the correct server. Your account stays on the server that it was created on. So do try logging into all of them and seeing if your account is on any of them

A week have passed so we get 2 weekly Specialized Cores missions, after completing those my 2k Specialized Cores remains the same, they don't add up at all.
Ehm yeah... you hit the cap. 2000 is the bonus cores from the bullin side mission so 2000+4000-4000 = 2000. Working as intended. Reset is tomorrow (first of October)
Okay. Is it just me, or is the "Use" button from the Saved Meowficers tab not working in the event maps?
Like it worked for me on the first half of the event. But on the second half, where we need to change on the required lineup of ship in the event's hard and EX mode, the game doesn't seem to respond by using my saved meowficers
It only gets my meowficers selected when I go and get them manually, and not from the "Saved Meowficers" option
so if I complete a sortie and my game crashes at the end of it, and when I get back the stage is over, I earned the rewards for completing that stage right?
Ideally you should have. But crashing at the end of a sortie is always pretty unpredictable

Basically go to your FB profile (use the app) and click the thing that says "update your profile" and pretty much skip all of it. If not then it's just probably a technical issue that has been fixed just moments ago.

If the message is coming from Google, the issue could be your local currency isn't supported (such as if the game isn't available in your region and you downloaded it via a third party) or taxes are causing it to go over the amount you have in your balance
i live in the US, so it definitely should be supported. And I definitely have enough to also account for taxes
Hm...well Google is denying it for some odd reason then. Perhaps try stopping google play services and then restarting them in your phone?

Unfortunately I'm not sure then. You could try contacting google support and seeing if they can give you any info on the denial on the backend. You could also try contacting AL support if you'd like, but as the error is coming from Google, I'm not sure if they'd have as much information

If you think the game seems to be extremely slow, it might be that you previously visited the dock. Why? It seems that the game fails to "garbage collect" correctly or in simpler terms, the game seems to keep all the images in memory without releasing them and thus might slow down your phone, the more ships you have. Thus a solution to have a bit smoother gameplay: restart the game and go straight into battle, but avoid the dock as much as possible. Might help ya.

Make sure you're logging into Facebook from the title screen of the game. And then once you get logged in correctly from there and get a login successful message, try fully logging into all the servers, such as Amagi, Washington, Sandy, etc.

Yeah it's still the unmodified client running on the original mobile device just Dex is outputting it to a different screen. It's far less software manipulation than Bluestacks and no third party. Just torn between dying to try it and being afraid for my account
I know some games like PUBG Mobile they don't want people using mouse and keyboard but that's a competitive shooter where it gives you a big edge.
Folks use this on Bluestacks for AL all the time
Well if it's just a screen extension program and lets you use mouse and keyboard, I don't see any reason why it'd be harmful

You are able to switch between them. Unless of course you used Apple binding. And that's b/c Android doesn't support Apple binding for obvious reasons

it will not be removed, you can have multiple binds though so you can use both facebook and yostar at the same time instead of one or the other

I wanted to make a Yostar account for my current device, that has most of my progress, & I wanted to switch it for my twitter account, but I made the mistake of making the account on my new device instead of my current one. I haven't logged in with my twitter account on my new device yet so it doesn't have any of my current progress, & I can't use my email to make the account on my current device because it says "this account already exists on a different device".

you may need to use a different binding method or possibly a different twitter account, we dont know what exactly causes error 100222. we think it might be that the twitter account's info is "outdated" and needs to be updated such as changing the icon, but we have no idea if that will help

Question about the contest. Logged in with FB (since also game) but didn't get any login screen, it just connects. There's nowhere to see what is linked, and clicking my name just logs me out. I wonder, since I got 2 FB accounts on this PC if it's the proper, since that probably would be required for the cubes, and as others stated no place for UID. Is the fact my submission is accepted proof it's tied to a UID?
Well the contest auto pulls your UID so it probably just reads that information from your FB account. At least that's my guess. Is that what you're asking? Or something different?
Well, going to facebook it seems the right account, but asking if it would only be accepted if tied to a 'proper' account (that is tied to Azur Lane).

I would imagine that it would only pull information and let you proceed w/ it if there was already an AL account tied to that FB. Unless it somehow acts like using the FB login on the title screen of the game when the FB you log in w/ doesn't have any AL account bound to it (aka, making an AL account/UID). But I personally can't say for sure.

I believe nozo said that it will automatically connect the email for the accounts together (speaking about YAS though) I imagine the same applies for FB since it also uses email, but it is good to get a confirmation
