I read the message about the "attack time exceeded" problem but wanted to clarify that it doesn't apply to the event maps specifically, it happens in story mode as well. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon, it's painful when I tap the home button unintentionally after enhancing ships to free my only dock space đ
Not sure if it's a bug or really bad luck, but I've pulled from the event banner 65 times and gotten literally 0 banner ships. The odds of this are less than half a percent. Should I just stop pulling for the moment?

Any one else getting kicked out of event stages when they hit dock space limit (scrap - expand - enhance)... When I choose enhance, I don't return to the stage and all my progress disappears.
It's a known bug right now if you "leave" the map screen
Scrapping ships doesn't cause it. But enhancing will due to it taking you to the dock screen
the new feature is funny. the boss reset my progress right before facing them, i guess that's how time travel works in this game.
I got this "Failed to activate stage. Please try again." message, what else beyond restarting the app should I try?

@fossil sierra Hm...usually that error is from having duplicate ships across fleets. Double check your fleets in that stage and make sure there are no ships duplicated
there's just the one fleet I'm trying to deploy

The worst thing I find about this bug is the 'not enough slots' bug. (A connection bug that desync's your navy with the server... The client skips the scrap-expand-enhance menu because it thinks you have a free dock slot, but the server says otherwise)

the rest of the hardware with a 3gb ram phone should also be able to run the game

I am having trouble trying to clear T2 where my game crashes inside T2 (iPhone 6) and when I return to continue I am kicked out of T2 stage

@shy hedge Well the crashes are most likely just a case of RAM limitations and the iPhone 6 doesn't have enough RAM to play AL w/o possible crashes. And you're getting kicked out of the stage due to a current bug where if you leave the stage before completing it, your progress for that run gets reset

Well the 6 has been dropped from support by Apple even, since around the start of this year. Itâs likely that youâll be completely unable to play in the near future without getting a new phone

As for the events, try not to take a break from a sortie for now if you want it to count
@rain coyote this also applies to every stage not just event. So you need to free up dock space (or choose sort/scrap if it shows up) and pray you don't de-sync with game servers (the root of why 'no slots free' error shows up); that requires a log-out log-in to fix.

I had that happen once to me today. Now, I'm having an issue where I am kicked out of a Hard Mode event stage if I leave it for any reason. I thought it might have been a one-time glitch at first, I had minimized the game and when it booted back up I discovered it had kicked me. Then, later I got a medal after clearing a mob fleet so I went to my main menu to inspect it. Literally one minute later when I returned to the Event Map, it kicked me again. No warning at all.

@ebon flame I got it fixed. Yes I had my UID and had backed up my account but forgot that I had used my Twitter and not a Yostar account.
topped off with 800 gems, purchase succeeded and I got my gems, game had loading icon for 2.5 minutes straight, closed game and reopened it and now it crashes as soon as it loads the login screen (iOS 13.7, iPhone 8+)

@muted stone It's every fight, not just event. If you get de-sync'd a lot (like boss doesn't show up) forcing you to log in again, that bug will reset stage progress.
Tl;Dr, game is just pvp (or hard stages in Safe mode) until this gets patched.

hey, this might come off as a peculiar issue, but I kinda overslept on the 2nd anniversary ticket, just remembered I even had it. So I redeemed it for Shoukaku but instead of Shoukaku it gave me stuff for PoW. You can even see in background that I had shoukaku selected. Guys! Whenever I'm in a battle but press the home button to get to the main page, the game always force retreat my fleets currently in the battle with the message "Attack time exceeded. Fleet has returned to harbor." even though I just entered the battle. Is this a bug or the game no longer allows us to go back to the home page while in battle? I swear they used to allow up to 12 hours.

Greetings Guys. I have a infinite loading bug/problem and couldn't find any solution, what helped most people - reinstalling the game - didn't work for me. The infinite loading happens for me only when I try to access Leipzigs info screen or when I try to field Leipzip. Don't have that problem with any other ship, restarting the game (I run it via Bluestacks) didn't help, restarting the PC didn't help, reinstalling the game didn't help. Any idea what else I could do?

Gems should be instant. If you haven't gotten them after a purchase, try fully closing the game once or twice. If that doesn't get them to appear, contact customer support and they'll get them sent to you

So I've completed a lot of the missions for the Bulin Support Plan but I can't collect any of the rewards

You can't due to the fact that you finished your catch up. It's 300 across ALL PR1 ships. It's not 300 per ship

@carmine hedge As long as they're lit up and say achieved, you can collect them. It's just that the hitbox is pretty wacky. Try tapping it a good bit and trying on different locations on the mission

The game soft-locks when trying to engage in battles in event stages. When I press "battle", and after the progress bar on the loading screen reaches 100%, the game gets stuck on the hopping manjuu loading logo indefinitely. I've restarted the app twice already and it hasn't fixed the problem.
My gems are also stuck in pending despite going through the entire approval process to buy it. When i go in game it says âplease be patient while you receive your itemsâ

I already did restore the game files, and I also completely deleted the game and downloaded it again, it did not help. I completely removed the equipment from her, that didn't help either.

One guy just said he can use fleet 2 but not fleet 1, so it has to be a fleet problem
I just set all my fleets in 1:1 formations with random ships and changed my fleet names.

I think that would be difficult for them as they can't just take the oil & return the gem. It would require an account roll back if they decided to do so, and when you tapped X. It registered as confirmed possibly cause of ghost touching when playing on phone

Hello, I believe I have encountered a bug. I started a sortie in T2 Drifting, Swelling, and was entering a battle with a fleet consisting of the following, Bismarck, Gneisenau, Zeppy, Atlanta, Leipzig, and Grozny. This was the fist battle with this fleet and as I was loading it at 100%, the game froze with the loading screen and nothing happened. I restarted the game to see if it would resolve the issue, but it kept happening. This has happened 3 times with this fleet, twice in the event map and once while testing it on 1-1 Offshore Exercises. I then tried with a different fleet consisting of Unicorn, Warspite (Retrofit), Saratoga (Retrofit), San Diego (Retrofit), Javelin (Retrofit), and Takao and they loaded in all ok. I was playing on iPad OS. Any known bugs concerning those ships or possible solutions?

Hello, would like some advice.
When in 60 fps mode, all the game runs smoothly expect for the real gameplay, I used Samsung perf Z and it shows that the game is Indeed running at 60 fps but it is really showing 30 fps (when my ships at the back shoot the game displays 60 fps then back again to 30).
Some of you had this issue before? My chipset is Exynos 9810 and 6GB of ram, running on One UI 2.5 and android 10, thanks in advance for the help.

For iOS, not really unfortunately (Apple is very stingy). You might be able to find some way online to download apps out of region, but I'm not able to say for sure

@balmy smelt That is because you have not rolled 200 times. This thing shows you how many Shinano's you have gotten by reaching each 200 rolls (max 4 times)
the 0/4 on the right is a pity counter
it will only increase when you reach 200 total builds, then you can claim a "free" shinano on top of any that you have rolled

you cant unbind the only bind on your account which is why the error is appearing, contact customer support and they will remove the bind for you

So I bought a bunch of skins, changed by secretary.
The L2D isn't showing and when I try to do something I'm stuck in a loading screen.
I've tried to restart both the game and my phone.
