I also tried getting the app from QooApp but I'm always stuck in this screen after the Yostar logo. Please help :( on lower versions of Android while using Noxplayer it works just fine. I just want to be able to play it on my phone

Hello, I'll have to wait for maintenance before I can do anything on the game itself, but I was wondering if it was possible to rebind my yostar account to my main account.
While I've binded my twitter/facebook to my main account, my yostar account is bound to a different azur lane profile. I'm not quite sure how to fix this, whether by creating a new yostar account or deleting my old one.
You would need to contact customer support as they'll need to get it unbound from the second account firstly. And once they get it unbound, you can rebind it to your main account

@deft bobcat if you used it on the title screen, that email is then bound to another AL account. You would either need to use another email OR contact customer support for them to help get that email inbound from that new account
@lethal rock Try restarting your device and clearing the games cache to see if that fixes it. If not though, a reinstall might be required as that seems to be some kind of file issue

So Azur Lane decided to install it's self today off my phone. So I had to reinstall and update. Why don't I have the option to log into my account? Tried everything, if I just click game start it takes me into the intro tutorial stage. SonI get through it and it wants me to pick a starter again and give a name... log out and check which server was selected, when the game reinstalls it defaults to sandy i think
It should default to Amagi, as that’s the newest server.

If you don't have access to your profile, you won't be able to get it unless you happen to have screenshots of it

Unfortunately I can't say. But you can still contact customer support for help w/ the issue. Just let them know that you don't have your UID (if you're using the form, you can just put N/A) and then provide as much account information as possible

@hidden trout that's actually pretty common. Happens to me often. The game has some sync error sometimes and it thinks the commissions are done when they actually aren't. You have to restart the game to fix it. Might be because some timer issues when you have the app suspended.

Using VPN actually fix it, but I don't think that I'll use VPN for this.
That error is usually a connection error. You're device isn't able to connect to the update server properly. If you haven't tried yet, try using a different network connection. As no one else is seeming to have the issue, it does seem to be client side somewhere along the way. Either from your current network, ISP, etc

If it says 300/300 for your catch up, that means you're done w/ the catch up. It's 300 across ALL PR1 ships, not 300 per ship

Alright, this whole login thing is starting to piss me off. I got a new phone and wanted to transfer my account over to it. I had the wrong Twitter account linked to my account, but if I try to unbind it, it says "The third party account does not match the one linked to this account", despite me trying to unlink it. If I try to bind it to Facebook or Yostar, it says that those are linked to other accounts, which isn't true. And even if I log in on my new phone with the twitter account, it makes me do the tutorial and start the account over from the beginning. Does anybody know what's up with this?
On your new device that you logged in on, make sure you're logging into the correct server (such as Amagi, Washington, etc). Your account will stay on the server that it was created on. If the first one didn't work, try logging into all of them just to test them out
I checked and made sure it was the right server each time, and even with the other accounts it did the same new-account thing again. I sent in a ticket to Yostar to see if they can help me.
And of course, after I complain about it to someone it works.. xD

well this channel is meant for azur lane, not discord issues, but you may want to try restarting your device, generally it is a connection issue though with discord that causes emotes to be blank @restive raptor

@muted crow Those lines are for the CN version of the game only. If new lines aren't voiced by the ship's VA, JP and EN don't get them until they do become voiced

@cobalt gull If you're still suffering from it, try doing a file repair from the title screen of the game and seeing if that changes anything.
@craggy sigil Hm...if it's the Play Store/Apple Store telling you that the card is invalid in some way, then it does seem to be some issue w/ card, at least initially. I'd suggest just trying to readd the card onto your account and triple checking all the information you're putting in. As for other ways to purchase, there is not, sorry to say

You need to make sure you're logged into the correct server (such as Amagi, Washington, etc) as your account stays on the server that it was created on. If you're not sure which one it was, try logging into all of them

@sand root You're at the hard cap for oil (25k). Once you reach that limit, you cannot collect anymore oil. Whether it be from commissions, mail, etc
i just reinstalled the game yesterday, would clearing the cache do anything in that case? (just curious, i'll do it anyway) i think my IOS version is a couple years behind so its likely thats the cause.

also, might as well chime in while i have a presence here, that mail hes talking about, it does indeed seem buggy. im at 22k oil and i think i was at more before. i couldnt claim that mail but i got up to 27k oil before via mail if that makes sense.

I have an issue with the catch up system. For some reason it's not letting me choose my PR ship to catch up to and it also says that the one I had selected 3 patches ago has 300/300 but I don't remember reaching 300/300. It's weird because even if I did reach 300/300 it should at least let me switch to another PR but it doesn't.
It was like this for two patches but I thought it was some weird bug so I waited to see if it would fix itslef with today's patch but it didn't get fixed.
It's weird because I haven't developed most PR1's
unfortunately that does not change the fact that 300 is the max across all of the PR 1 ships, even if you dont have many completed
But I never developed the other 3 and I never had them in the catch up system
so its' impossible to have them all at 300/300

try restarting your device if you havent already then try a file repair (asset) and if it does not help you may need to reinstall, it might be some busted files given your device has good specs

I also tried restarting my phone
While viewing the archives, I managed to get my screen stuck like in the picture. I was able to view other ships in the archive, and change which unobtained ship's location is displayed, but the screen would continue be blurred. I did not go to different screens to see if the error persisted, and restarting the app fixed it.
I managed to trigger it again and went to the main screen. When I went into the battle screen I was able to close out of the pop-up and everything went back to normal.

why is this game so absolutely terrible at reconnecting after being idle for a bit? it's really annoying when you only come back once every 1-2 hours to reset commissions.
it only properly reconnects maybe 15% of the time. 60% of the time, it's stuck on loading. the other 25% of the time, it'll say it's reconnected, but it's completely unresponsive. it's 10 times more consistent to just force shut down the app and reload from scratch
am i the only one with this issue? note 10+ btw, so i'm 99% sure it's not my hardware or anything.

..soo, from time to time (mostly i start AL 2-3 times a Day, and at least 1 time it is so) when im in AL and i "scroll" with Mousewheel the complete window gets empty.. if its in Dock or Missions or even in Chat, the Window gets empty! as example, in Dock all ships disappear.. its not gamebreaking, but its totally annoying, any Ideas about that?!
Ah, that's due to scrolling too fast. The game is obviously built for mobile devices and not emus. So when an emu gives the ability to scroll a lot faster than you would be able to on a mobile device, it can break a bit like that

@junior moth Hm...if it's the only bind on your account. That's due to it being the last bind. The game won't let you get rid of the last bind on your account for safety reasons. You can either try placing another bind on the account (such as Twitter or Yostar). Or you can contact customer support for them to manually unbind it for you

Hello dear staff. I have a problem similar with dude above. But in different way. My account is bounded to Facebook. But my Facebook account was baned for no reason. (maybe for long being offline idk) and i cant login. I have all information about that account, nickname, some screenshots and i know all devices what i played on. Can someone help me?

you have to load into your game click on your profile (top left) and it should show UID

@timber lagoon For the UID portion, just put N/A (for not available) and explain that you currently don't have the UID number

Haven't played the game for a few months, but decided I wanted to come back recently. I had issues installing newest update. Kept having hash file faults so I reinstalled the game. I thought it was no problem since my accounts were binded. Unfortunately when I tried to log in using my binded FB and Twitter I had no characters or anything. Is there any way I can recover my old account? I already reached to yo-star support, the only issue is I don't remember my UID for my old account.
Make sure that you're logging into the correct server after you log into your bind option from the title screen of the game. Your account stays on the server that it's created on (such as Amagi, Washington, etc). So if the first one doesn't have your character, just try fully logging into all of them to see if any of them have it
idk this is normal but, can hard stages with safe threat level spawn patrol fleets other than boss. This just happened to me, which never happened before, and I'm little confused
usually hard stage with safe threat level would spawn just the boss fleet. Shall I contact the customer service instead
Just getting them to safe can still spawn other fleets. The thing that gets rid of the spawning and makes you able to go straight to the boss is "Clearing Mode" (which requires safe threat AND getting all 3 stars on the stage). And as well, make sure that you have Clearing Mode turned on from the mission prep screen if you already have those conditions fulfilled
