Hello i have a problem - when i tried to open up the game i saw a loading screen for a moment, and then my screen was fully white (like if you get flashed) and now when i tried to redownload the game, I have black screen for about 2 seconds, after that app crashes

How to rewatch the new intro thing

Oh last question, sorry if I'm bothering you. If I do lose my account, and I do get my account back, does it get the both accounts I have back? Because I have an account on Amagi server and Sandy.
1 UID basically covers all servers connected to it, while you have different UIDs on seperate servers, if you bind your account to your sandy server, it will also be bound on amagi and all the other servers if that makes sense
what you wont get back is the account that is used to recover your account

okay, try logging into FB from the title screen of the game and then choose the server that you previously played on (such as Amagi, Washington, etc) as your account stays on that server. If you're either not sure which one it is or the first server you try doesn't work, try logging into all of them

It's currently the weekend and support doesn't work on the weekends. And they can take up to an estimated 1-4 business days or so to respond to tickets

@carmine hedge you're scrolling too fast. this can happen on emulators since they're able to scroll faster than a mobile device. and ofc, the game isn't built for an emulator. just don't scroll as fast and it should be fine
@idle orchid once support responds to your ticket, inform them of that account issue as well and they'll be able to fix it for you

Hi, my friend just started AL and unlocked the shipyard but it’s stuck on this loading screen, he’s even closed the app and opened it back up but it’s still like this. Is this a bug or should he wait a while?

before you do that though, have him go into the settings > audio > and tap the "repair" button.

cloudflare is basically an internet service many online services use to protect their servers and sites from ddos and for general security

Cloudfare is currently having issues and as such, some games are affected for some users. Unfortunately it's out of the devs hands
Cloudflare is basically used by some ISPs/connections use for better security and what-not. And since it's currently having issues, connections are not able to be made properly. This includes to game servers such as AL. Though it's not happening to everyone. If you're able to, you could try switching to something like wi-fi from mobile data or vise versa and see if that solves the issue.

@pastel latch If you're still having those issues, try clearing the game's cache and then restarting. If that doesn't help, it would probably be some kind of file issue that the file repair function isn't able to pick up on which would most likely require a reinstall
Yeah I reinstalled the game after deleting it a while back and now I have a problem installing updates

Just uninstall the application, and if you wanna be extra precautious go through your application files in your phoen storage and make sure all the files from AL are completely deleted

i've got a problem regarding the Catch-Up System. was done with ibuki's, and went to select neptunes, but it won't let me hit "confirm selection", at first i thought it'd work like that, so i did a research project and let it be. that happened yesterday, and up until now, i'm still not able to hit confirm selection, so i'm not getting the extra blue-prints
i also tried to do the "data repair" or "asset repair", didn't work

Okay. So long into Yostar from the title screen of the game (and be sure to use the same email you bound w/ in case you happen to have multiple emails you use), and after you get the login verification message, you need to choose the correct server as your account will stay on the same server that it was created on (such as Amagi, Washington, etc). If you're not sure which one it was, just try logging into all of them

the only 2 things we have left to suggest are continue reinstalling and checking your files everytime to make sure everything is gone, or contact customer support to see how they can help

Hm....might be some form of device issue. Try restarting your device if you haven't already and if possible switch your audio to headphones (or to speakers if you're already on headphones) and see if the issue persist on the new audio output device. As a last resort though if nothing else seems to fix it, you could try a fresh install to see if it changes/fixes anything

Hm...yeah, it's showing as not bound. Can you take a screenshot of "Settings->Account" while logged into the old account your laptop? And you can scribble out the social media information
Okay, yeah. Seems like there was some confusion. Bc this is showing that the account isn't bound and that error code means that that FB account is already in use on another AL account (assuming the dummy account that was created when you tried to log in through FB)

But yeah, just bind on that screen there. You'll have to use a different FB account though, or use another bind option. And then just log into that new bind from the title screen on your phone

I input the same email though my laptop on Yostar bound, check. Input the code that was sent and created the bound, check. Then I went to AL on my phone and clicked on Yostar, it asks if I want to bound it there...
Are you on the title screen of the game on your phone? Not in the settings menu
Then you're fine. The screen looks similar, but you're just retrieving the bound account. Just input the same email, generate a new code, and then input that new code

Hm...I'm not seeing any solid solution for the 250 error as of recently. You could try waiting a while to see if it the error fixes itself b/c it might just be a queue/network type of issue. If it still persist though, you can try getting log mode screenshots and then getting those to customer support to see if they can offer backend support for the error

Typically this is more of a google play store end issue, as it would give a specific in game prompt if it were an issue on AL's end
