Okay. If you had it bound to Yostar and Twitter, just log into them from the title screen and then try logging into ALL the servers fully to check them. And be sure to use the correct Twitter account and/or email in case you have multiple ones

If you haven't tried already, try closing the application and clearing the game's cache and restarting your device to see if it fixes it. If not, try a file repair from the settings menu in game

@long quail gotcha. Unfortunately there isn't. You'd need to generate a new code everytime to switch accounts if you're playing them both on the same device

hi everyone, i wanted to play today again because i stop for some time, i use nox player to play (dont have phone to play on) and it said i needed to update so i did, after that i download azur lane and use my twiter account to log in but after i got to my server i appeara new account with the name Error103, i already send a email with some information, the old account UID and in game name, server name and new account UID, but i did not remember the commander lvl or if i had changed the in-game name will be a problem because of it? and will i be able to get my old account back? and if yes how long will it take? i realy like this game and invest more than a year in it realy dont want to start everything over.

||dumb question passing through|| Long story short, I was impatient and tried to rebuy the scherzo bag after I thought the purchase didn't go through, and now need to refund one of the charges. Support told me via e-mail to refund through my Phone's App Store. So this won't prompt some account issues I have to clear up later, right? I've seen some instances where refunding through the store can result in bans. Never had this happen at all in any game, so this is basically uncharted waters for me.
Seems like an unnecessary question in hindsight since support told me to go for it, but I guess it doesn't hurt to make sure.

So I just downloaded the non-mandatory update on the AppStore and now my game crashes on launch. Was working just 20 minutes ago. Restarting phone didn’t work.

unfortunately that is the case, you can alternatively try using an emulator on a PC or laptop
the non mandatory update notice was given a few months ago and it was given multiple notices that the iphone 6/6s/SE and below type phones are no longer supported before the update was put out on the app store
Considering it was a non-mandatory update, that should mean that the team can put up a download for the last supported version for those devices. Can that be done so I can at least play instead of committing three figures on a new phone so I can play?
moving forward, they would have to make a simplified version of the game for users to play on if theyre on unsupported devices, these devices no longer have the specs to be able to run the game at a minimum, which is why they were discontinued for use with azur lane

while the app store can say compatible, what it really means is “you can install this app”, unfortunately it doesnt care much if you can actually run it

If you have access to the Twitter account that your AL account was bound to, you just need to log into Twitter from the title screen of the game and then choose the server that you previously played on

Ah, gotcha. Missing config. For that error, click on the cog wheel at the top right of the screen there to initiate a file repair that'll repair some broken files. That's the reason you're getting that error

I cant use my prototype bulin to limit break. It appears in my inventory but not in the limit break selection GUI or in the retire shop.
It's b/c she's higher than LVL 1 and you have all ships higher than LVL 1 hidden. At the top left of the screen there, you see an option for LVL>1. Tap that

If you lose your account you'll want to contact al.cs@yo-star.com - ideally give them UID, but your in-game name and server should work too?

As long u have the UID and the name of the commander , level and other prove pictures

But that not possible from my country. But idea was he gives me hes log details on twitter bind(we trust each other) i log in to his account and buy him gems with my own google play account. But if this would be somehow fishy to yostar(cuz basically this would mean i buy gems from my google account to other account in addition to my own) would not gonna do it. So just asked it what would you think about this? If that would be ok or not at all?
personally I do not recall if “account boosting” is against the ToS for AL, and im not too sure if purchasing gems for someone is considered boosting in the first place
in the past, players have said this is a fine alternative though when it came to feedback about sending gem gifts to others (if gift cards cannot apply)
I would make sure to double check AL’s policy regarding players logging into other accounts just in case though

@hexed obsidian binds are across all servers, binding on sandy then logging into amagi will keep the binds, logging into amagi and removing a bind will also remove the bind on all the servers, including the sandy account

@runic saffron That happens at times due to broken files that the game detects. You just need to let it go through the process and it'll fix itself

@formal radish Hm...motorola phones do have issues at times for some odd reason. Unfortunately we don't have a solid fix for it. But just make sure that there are no OS updates available for your device and also try clearing the game cache and perhaps a fresh install after all those steps if they don't work.

This keeps happening, I’ve tried restarting my phone, reconnecting the wifi, restarting the wifi, closing and opening the app. The last thing I haven’t tried is reinstalling the game. Is this just me? It definitely isn’t my internet since I can still play other games, view YouTube etc.
Any tips for this? Whenever i try to update, doesnt matter if on wifi or data (both are stable and fast) it just gives me this no matter what i do

Try logging into all the servers (such as Amagi, Washington, etc) as your account stays on the server it was created on. So just try logging into all of them fully first to see if any of them have the account or put you into the tutorial

For the love of god can someone provide some kind of insight into my problem. I keep getting this error despite my internet connection being fine, I can play other mobile games, watch YouTube, browse social media etc but this still happens, no matter how close I am to the router itself. Just make sure you are on the correct server as well
Yohstar is you use the email you bound to it, and then aquire the pin from said email to finish logging in that way

@carmine hedge If you have a iPhone 6/6+ or similar, it can be a RAM issue. If you do have a more recent model, make sure you're on the most recent iOS update

You just need to log into your bind option from the title screen of the game and then choose the server that you previously played on as your account stays on the server that it was created on (such as Amagi, Washington, etc). If you're not sure which one, just try logging into all of them

I dont remember it, no, but I asked my friends who are also reinstalling and they can see my commander username and level..

I don't think blue stacks is at fault, the game itself became very slow over the time since last year (as I could observe it on my rather "middle to low" class phone). At the beginning, the game actually was quite smooth, I could even use the 60 fps with only minor problems. But now even in 30 fps mode, the game has many "hiccups" (short freezes) now.

I installed Bluestacks back and this somehow happened while scrolling the commissions list

I closed the game and reopened it. It can be replicated by dragging downwards

“too fast” that is, as the sensitivity is sometimes messed up, and may thing a simple drag is some sort of macro

It's goes on if you know anyone picking the game up, or starting out for this to work, but most times if you just send your UID out randomly you just need to pray to the rngods that someone picks your ID and does the event

Well about 5 hours ago, I had 350 gems, then recently I saw that 200gems is lost. I checked if I had bought any dock-expansion or something could cost 200 gems
But my maximum number of ships remains 150
And other resources remain unchanged
Also no skins or tech packs... are bought :'(
Hm...most likely could've been a double buy of depot expansion, maybe some healing during battle, or a couple of number of things. Unfortunately there's no way for anyone here to tell. But if you'd like to try, you can try contacting customer support to see if they can provide a history of the purchase and see what the gems were spent on.

SEA is quite finnicky with AL...
There can be some temporary region issues. Whether from ISPs, the server, something on the client side. Usually it's temporary though and will clear up after some time

Are y'all sure about the build ratios? I'm currently running in the 70% range for common ships. 90-95% of my builds are 6 ships. Something is a little off here.

if you mean their messages (and not the phone notification) they will give those statements when you open to the main screen
say you open the game with an already complete commission, you’re likely to get it, if you go from formation screen to the main menu, you may get the message
its not guaranteed as they may say a different line instead of one telling you something is finished
