Hello. I was in the middle of playing the game when I got a notice saying that my account was "logged into another device", and kicked me back to the login screen. That was obviously worrying, so I logged back in, and it happened again 20 seconds later. After logging in yet again, I went to set up a secondary password so that no one could remove my locked ships.
Since I think someone has compromised my account, I changed the Twitter account password to which I bound my account. Are there any other ways to revoke access to my Azur Lane account so that they can't log back in? Or any other methods to make sure my account is secure?

@prisma sparrow Well unfortunately there isn't any specific thing to do to force log out. But you can contact customer support if you'd like to see what they can tell you and if they can do anything. Though please do note that you can actually get that error message just from a shaky internet connection w/ the game server. So if you were having some intermittent connection issues, that could be the reason for that msg

For some reason the 2nd year career review I have switched Enterprise to my main secretary however it was Perseus who showed up when I open the career review and I cant seem to switch the secretary on the career review

Just wanted to give a quick heads up that i finally fixed my black screen after logo issue. After some looking around i found out that the app didnt get installed properly no matter how often i tried to. Had to clear my play store cache, entirely remove my google account, reboot and re add my account, that fixed it.

That issue can occur when you have a shaky internet connection to the game server (whether from client side or server side). I would suggest trying to restart your device and/or network router or even trying a different network connection to see if it persist

@strange ledge You can recover it, yes. You just need to contact customer support w/ account information such as in game name, server you played on, UID if you happen to have it, and they'll help you get it back
@sick juniper Most likely just a bad connection to the game server. If you haven't tried already, try restarting your device and network router. Or trying out a free VPN to see if that can help

Hello! I’m not sure if I should ask about my issue in tech-support, sorry if I actually should not report it here.
Every time when i choose “enhanceable” my dock starts lagging really hard. I was interested in the issue, I turned on the log mode and tried going into “enhanceable section”. Well, the game just froze. I tried restarting the app and doing it again, but every time I’m in a log mode, it just freezes. I don’t know if it’s issue for everyone or only for me. And I have no idea what to do with it. It really does affect my gameplay.
So, uh, what should i do?

enhanceable is known to lag since it has to check every ship in your dock; the log mode part is weird
might have to do a file repair regarding the log mode but it sounds like a partial phone issue if its freezing when log mode is open there

Yepp, you can. Just have them unbind the current email and then you can rebind it to the new email

One more question. So I have 2 accounts, one on amagi and one on sandy. So if I uninstall azur lane, all accounts are lost on all servers unless I bind them correct?
If you don't mind, you will need to recover the account w/ customer support. But placing one bind will automatically bind all the servers (so one bind across all servers)

Yes, they're tied to the same bind. Unfortunately there is no way to delete accounts tho

Hello yes, I have a problem. I recently just finished a PR ship. I used BPs on Saint Louis and got to Dev level 9, after getting to level 9, all my BPs for Saint Louis was gone (Because I used them) I then purchased more BPs for Saint Louis in the shop. After that, I went back to use BPs on Saint Louis, with the BPs I recently bought. However I couldn’t, I keep pressing the plus button to increase the amount of BPs but it just stays at 0, i don’t know if this is suppose to be a problem but I don’t know since I’m new to this. The problem has been around for me for two days now

Did you try looking in all the servers? the login data for title screen doesn't show up until actually entering at least once

usually happens 2-3 seconds after the battle starts; my screen will freeze completely for 1 or 2 seconds, then the battle will skip a few seconds

Hm...unfortunately I can' think of too much aside from trying to fully log out of your Google account in the settings menu of your phone and then relogging into it. Or trying a full reinstall and/or clearing teh game cache and trying again. B/c it sounds like some issue from google

Is it a problem if I'm playing on mutltiple devices and I forgot that the game was running in the background of one of them when I switched to the other?
I only went back to the Main Screen of my phone and forgot closing the App completley before I started AL on BlueStacks Emulator since my Phone battery was running low

there are systems in place to prevent 1 account from playing on 2 devices at the same place, so you should not get banned

If you already contacted customer support, just wait for their response and they'll get your gems to you. It's likely that it'll be in time for the skin. But aside from waiting on them, the only option would be to try buying more gems, sorry to say

Hello, can someone help me. I can’t seem to purchase any gems on the store. I use ISO, when I try to purchase I get a error saying contact apple support. I have and they said it’s on the game side. I made another account and tried and it had the same result. The error I keep having is 200220 and after receiving error message I get system error 19.
Hm...try restarting your device and using a different network connection. Or possibly a free VPN. Just to completely rule out a connection issue

My friend just starter playing and he wanted to LB his lvl 23 Long Island with another lvl 3 Long Island. Problem is, the lvl 3 one doesn't show on the Limit Break screen but when he wants to limit break the Lvl 3 one, the lvl23 one shows up.
The dupe that doesn't show up:
- isn't in any fleet
- isn't in exercise fleet
- not locked
is the lvl3 long island his secretary?
nope, he has Z23
Make sure the other Long Island isn't in ANY fleets. Exercise fleets, Hard Mode fleets, etc

Well there is no yostar account that you make. It's all done in game via binding. It's all done w/ just inputting an email, generating a code there, and then binding via that code

If it was, then just go to the title screen of the game, choose Yostar on the title screen, input the same email that you bound w/ before, generate a new code, input that new code, then after you get a successful login message, you need to choose the server that your account was previously on (such as Amagi, Washington, Sandy, etc)

Yostar works just like FB/Twitter. It binds your account so that you're able to recover it. Not sure why they didn't include it in that msg (probably just outdated). But if you had it bound to Yostar, you're able to recover it

Okay, then you just need to choose the correct server. Go to the server selection screen from the title screen of the game and choose the server that you previously played on. If you're not too sure which one it was, just try logging into all of them

I have signed out multiple times. I changed region and used a Thai credit card and I’ve used blue stacks and another iso phone, I’ve also created another apple account and tried using that as well. It’s the same result every time
I do think the problem is the Gem Packs, because it went successful immediately after I purchased the Trade License.

I have contacted them, multiple times sadly. I’m afraid that is my bad, my Gmail was showing that it wasn’t sending emails to them. I was able to get in touch with one of them. But after that I got no word from said person. I’ve sent one more ticket and I’m waiting for their response as we speak. I really hope this gets resolved, I’ve used more money than I intended to use to try figuring out what is the problem and it’s definitely on the game side and not on the apple account or credit card side

Id like to ask on how to recover an account. I reinstalled AL after deleting it about 6 months ago and haven't played it for about another 8 months prior to that, but after checking my logins, i noticed how on all my different logins, I cant find my character anywhere. I used to play on the Sandy server (iirc) and my last event played was the Fallen Wings first run in Global AL.

Well it I got issues with the sound on the memories going after they close also some of the images in the gallery won’t show up I did run the repair function and it showed data that needed to be fixed and I downloaded the data and it didn’t appear to fix anything noticeable
Also the volume for the warspite event is gone
By that I mean the sound effects

@raw axle to fix the missing gallery images the game needs to be reinstalled, which might also help with your audio issues, some things the data repair cant pick up on sadly

So are the sound issues a known bug because I’ve been having them since the update and I even downloaded the game again to fix the image gallery and that didn’t fix the other issues

I see the first issue on my game too, but it goes away if you exit the memories screen, but one second
Well for me at least when I replay cutscenes the music doesn’t cut until I go back to the home screen and the explosion audio for the warspite retro event doesn’t play as well as her victory audio
does it affect her victory audio in just the mini game or also in sorties?
No just the mini game I think is retrofitted and it seems that after the game begins and she says her opening audio the only sound after that is music up until it goes back to the screen when sortieing all the audio is there

Juustagram bug. Opening the latest Jean Bart juusragram post locks the game in an infinite loading as if I lost connection.
When I click on this post it literally froze my screen means I can't go back even
When I try this on emulator it although shows me the image but still i doesn't let me go back
It's a known bug right now waiting to be fixed #known-bugs

On the log in screen you can see 3 tabs (Twitter, FB or Yostar)
Click the one where you bound your account
Log in with your credentials on that platform
Check your server (you might accidentally login on a different server and will be force to do the tutorial and make a new account)
@spring grotto I'm sorry to bother you, but i finally got azur lane redownloaded, i logged in using my facebook account bound to my real account and it still logged me into my accidental account
do you think i should disconnect the bound things from my accidental and try again?

Check which server you are trying to login
both are on the same server
So you still have your original account on your phone correct?

Okay. Go onto that account, go to "Settings->Account" and make sure it's bound there

I think you should not open juustagram for now
So far the game is fairing well ever since not opening that trap
If it's bound on your phone, then use those same social media accounts (or email for yostar) and log into that on the title screen on your second device. Then make sure it's on the correct server. If it doesn't give you that account, just log into all the servers to check them
Today i learned that i can't read. the account was on Avrora and the accident on the other A server

Is it normal for the Rally Quest that when the New Player entered my UID that I can't make my own missons for this anymore? (I'm an Active Commander and I was at the 7th quest)
@faint moon A new mission unlocks every day for Active Commanders. Today has been the 7th day since the event began, so all Active Commanders are, at most, at the 7th quest.

The Juustagram issue hits everyone currently, one argument would be that there is a link to another post, which hasn't been release on Juustagram yet, so it seems to softlock itself there..?

Is it weird that I haven't recieved the 2.5k coin and 3k oil for maintenance? I recieved the 500 coin and the 500 oil for the extension though

@hard willow try restarting the app and the mail should come in, if not, try scrolling to the bottom of your mail list

you are the only one with this issue persisting, I can only recommend a device restart, and then reinstalling to fix the files
Press "Attack" on the main screen there to fix that error

It is a really obscure bug and the error msg doesn't make it any less confusing so it's understandable 
Hey where do i get help or support i was playing earlier and right when the server maintenance starts the login reward came up then the server shuts down when i log back in after the maintenance it gave me another reward its only on the 30 days one it seems to have advanced another day but it didnt give me the reward i was supposed to get earlier

Hello, my Warspite(retro) is showing "exercising" in dock, no commissions or anything is active. When I try deploying her in a commission it throws up the 1 ship must be in main fleet error. Is this a common thing? What do i need to do to fix this....

@rich canopy Your Warspite is most likely in an exercise (PVP) fleet. Check both the attacking and defense fleets 
@woven tide Hm...you could possibly try a different network connection or a free VPN just to test those out in case it's a network issue before a fresh install

From what I can tell, it's the park furniture that causes most of the issues
Before servers got up after I opened the game it downloaded an update after servers got up I opened that game again and when I tried to login it shows this. I don't want to download it again.

hi, I'm having a pretty serious problem, I reinstalled the game because I no longer have space for the voice files and it's not letting me log in to my old profile, even on the same server
I really don't want to restart from square one, is there a way to fix this? I tried the Yostar account already.
