Avorva I believe , because that's the server I believe I was on before I had lost it

can you try logging into all servers just in case your account isn’t in any of those?
also might be worth checking your bind method, such as having multiple emails or twitters, you could be logging into the wrong one 
Hey I did a dumb thing and lost my account can I still get is back without providing my UID (I forgot that I was important)
That's the thing, I believe you have to login first, which in that case I used face book, I checked all my others to make sure it wasn't any other acct unfortunatly the only one with azur lane given permission, is my main.

I have the same problem, mostly new ships (french event ones since Tartu and pr3 Cheshire I noticed) have no audio but the game is fully updated and data repair checked too. The rest seem to be working fine.

Hey, question about the Gems. I live in Denmark, use an iPhone and earlier today I was about to buy the $39.99 gem pack, (About253 Danish crowns). But when I should confirm the purchase, the price was suddenly 339 danish crowns, wich is $53,58. Why is this? Also, my collegue at work tried to buy the same gem pack on his Android device and he should pay 325 danish crowns ($51,36). Why is the final price higher than the one advertised?

@scarlet basin If you mean for infinite loading, yes it's happening to some people due to the recent update. You will unfortunately need to fresh install to fix the issue (be sure to bind your account in the settings menu beforehand if you haven't already)
The price ingame is misleading. Thats my point. In Denmark, if you put a price tag on something that says $39,99, then thats the final price WITH all taxes/fees etc.
the point made was the misleading practice is employed through apple/google, odds are there are other fees a simple exchange rate does not account for
also not to mention not everyone gets sale tax etc

exchanged currencies often have to pay much more due to conversion rates and conversion fees
We have a 25% sale tax in Denmark. So that would be 49,99, and not 54,50

Yepp. Whenever you need to retrieve your account (or your first time binding it to Yostar), just put in your email, generate a code, get the code from your email, and then input it

First attack also doesn't go through. It gets stuck on this screen and you can't do anything besides close the game because you can't click retreat, switch, attack, home, anything.

If you mean from the Play Store, make sure that you have enough storage on your device for it and as well, if it's only showing about 480MB or so, that's just Google not showing the correct update size (the update is larger than that) so you just need to wait for a bit and it'll eventually finish
for me it says the games 1.9gb, im assuming thats the correct file size

I've changed my nation of residence. Went from US to UK. I would like to change my Google play store locale to the UK store. Google says I can't make another change for 365 days, so it's locked to it for a year if I make that decision. It seems like AL is on the UK play store, so would this in any way screw with my account/ability to play on my phone/emulator? I only know that it would mess with payment options and I'd have to readd them, but that's a Google issue

Hm....I'd suggest trying a different network connection first if possible just to rule out any network errors as a simple first step. After that, try offloading it. Then as a last resort, try a full fresh install
The hotfix this morning fixed the voices and Live 2D problems (for me at least) (after the hotfix install, I had to update the voices and live 2d assets)
The only other network connection is my cell data, do I try use that?

@molten arch you can try a file repair for assets but I think it may not help as much as a full reinstall, if you do decide to reinstall, make sure your account is bound

On Avrora, 6-1 of Story Map, I can run every other stage without issue. When I try to engage boss fleet the stage will not finish loading. I cleared cache, but no change. Repaired the game, still no change. Then I rebooted phone. Still no luck.
Scrolled up. Seems this is a known issue.

@quartz hedge can u use one of the emails which u use really less or dont use it at all to bind it the new account and once u do that they will ask u the code which they will send u on email type that and it will be linked to ur account and once that's done I think u will be able to unbind Facebook from it
