I'm not familiar with emulators, but try fixing the in-game files or reinstalling (bind your account though first). You may have a corrupted file causing the issue.

I was right in the process of getting my mission rewards when the server reset and received nothing. Do the mission rewards reset also?
if you don't know your UID, set it as N/A

just make sure it has enough specifications to play, around 2GB of RAM (4GB's are better) and a good gpu nowadays
and download the app from third party app downloader like QooApp as example

I'm sorry. I know this is the incorrect channel for this, but I wasn't sure what contact avenue to use. I came across an ebay listing selling Azur Lane items. One of these items is using a piece of art that was submitted for the 2nd Anniversary contest. I am in no position to assume if the art has been stolen or used with permission, but I'd like someone with authority on this kind of matter to investigate please. I'd hate it if someone's hard work was stolen and profitted from without permission and consent. I can email/ DM further info, as to not direct traffic to the ebay account. generally in these cases you must attempt to contact the artist (however they allow for contact such as business email) and let them know of the link, seller, website etc they will take care if it
they should also tell you if it was consented or not, if it wasnt, make sure to report it
Unfortunately I do not know who the artist is. i only recognize the ccreated piece. How would you suggest I find the original artist?
they may have a watermark somewhere on the art, if not try reverse image searching it and some websites should come up that list the artist

When i re install the game on my phone, it downloades the additional file for the game, but to a certain point, it stopped the download and that notice was shown in the download

Error 5 used to be just b/c of SD card installations. But if you're on iOS, then I'm not too sure then tbh. Perhaps try off loading the app, restarting your device (if you haven't already), or a fresh install as a last resort. But if nothing else seems to work and/or it's extremely consistent, you could perhaps open up log mode and get a screenshot of the logs when getting that error?

Well they are definitely on Android and they do have an SD card installed on it. So if I had to guess, perhaps some of the files are still kept on it and causing these issues. I'd recommend uninstalling the application, then manually checking through the SD files and deleting anything from AL and then doing a full, fresh install onto your internal

@carmine hedge it can take up to a business week and they operate on CN business hours. I would update them by replying to the email that they are attempting to sell the account though, so that it doesn't get wrongfully banned (or however they want to handle it in the meantime)
They stole my email account and blocked all my ips so i cant get access to my email account. I have evidence it is mine however.

Recently, since the maintenance prior to the current sakura event, my game is repeatedly crashing to the home screen. This unfortunately is the second time this has happened, and there’s an event running right now too.
I don’t know what’s causing this to happen, but it’s quite annoying. Just trying to get the 3 hard clears, or the 3 exercises without crashing isn’t possible unless I get lucky.

you need to trap a ship (basically, checkmate it so it can't go anywhere else)

B2 is the final map for this event. if you can't access the hard mode maps, then hit the "back" arrow to go to the "A" worlds, then hit the Hard button. If you can't access B2, you might have the same ship in both fleets. It's a bug. Remove the fleets and reassign them.

well it's not called remove the lock on your pc, it means your email has bounded to the PC account instead of your phone account.
and you need to contact customer support because you can't unbind email by yourself.
but if you want to play your main account on pc, just bind your main account with twitter/facebook

my AL account is linked to facebook, but I forgot about that and login to twitter, so now my twitter is linked to a new account. When I tried to unbind my twitter with that new account, the game shows an 'unable to unbind account' error. What should I do?
Try logging in with your fb account instead for now if you can

Before trying the uninstalling and reinstalling method I have tried downloading the jukubox stuffs and it works fine
the audio update was fine at the start, it only started to have this error after like 100-ish files?
and then it kept getting this error no matter how many times i have restart the redownload, tried different internet connection as well
emulator should base your storage off on your pc's storage
then there should be enough storage, i barely downloaded anything big in the pc as i have just only got it recently
So error code:5 is most likely storage issue?

Okay. You just need to log into your FB account (be sure you're using the correct one if you happen to have multiple ones) or your email that you bound w/ to Yostar from the title screen of the game (it's on the left hand side of the screen). Then after that, make sure you're logging into the correct server (such as Amagi, Washington, etc) as your account stays on the server that it was created on
If you're not sure which one it is, just try logging into all of them

The character icon won't appear till you log into the server as that's kept client side

hmm anyone having issues with constant crashes? Been having problems since yesterday. I have tried a repair from the login in screen, but it hasn't helped
idk if this is the right place to ask this, but when I recommend ships to go on a commision, it always picks the lower level ship that is able to join the commision and that isnt level 1 that i have on my dock, but for some reason shiratsuyu and oklahoma dont, even if the lowest level possible ship and they are able to get in the commision, and no, they arent level 1, any idea why this may be happening? it has been for a couple updates noww and im tired of having to select them two manually for some reason when every other ship joins fine

hello guys, i have a problem: my app wont start up ( its the usual crash on start with android stuff) and i have not yet linked my account because i use neither twitter nor facebook
i cant get to the account binding point as the app wont start, if i clear the data of the app (which usually helps starting other apps with the same error again) i loose my account i guess ? same for reinstallation?

if you don't want to reinstall, keep the file that has "main.5008.com--" because that's your ingame Azur Lane data files.

Hey, been getting stuck on this load screen at this point since the last hotfix. I rebooted my phone, cleared cache, have space free, checked for AOS/Play Store update, everything I can think of outside a full reinstall as my download speed is roughly 10-15 kbps on average. Any ideas besides that?

im not sure why it changed for you to not be able to DL, but it is a known thing that slow DL wont update usually

I believe it depends on the application, most slow connections have difficulty communicating with the servers to get the data
when it says checking for updates its usually a connection error or corrupted files, but you have a normal loading screen so it should only be a connection error
the last thing you may have to try is a reinstall, but I cant guarantee it will work

oh, that's known issue, you have overlapped one ship on two fleets.
you need to re-do your fleets to fix it.
click on the stage, click on clear button on each fleet, put it back together, and make sure there's no ship placed on 2 fleet formation at the same time.

When i restarted the game i had the 500 Gems on me but PayPal tells me the Payment got Cancelled and I got my money back. Anyone know how I should proceed since this wasn't my intention at all

You can't delete an account, but you can transfer the FB bind. You'd either need to manually unbind it yourself from that account or contact customer support so that they can do it for you on the backend. After that, you can attach that FB to the other account

ok, is there a way to cancel a customer support ticket? I think I found out something. since the purchase failed on bluestacks emulator, I updated my game on my phone (phone is pretty much dead due to faulty battery, so took a while) and logged in there, as soon as I logged in, the gems got added to my account
strange thing is, I've tried several times restarting the game on emulator without success
maybe this could be a bug, at least it could be a self help step for others experiencing the same issue

Hello, i have a problem with Roon development. I'm at 2nd stage of combat experience and it just stopped at 42%, won't move at all. I just did 10 exercises with Iron Blood vanguard fleet, got about 40k xp for those ships there which should be 2% but it's still on 42%. I noticed it today but i think it might be like that for 2-3 days already
Exercises don't count for PR exp. Only sorties that cost oil
But it used to count for me before... At least it felt like it did

It's most likely just a temporary network issue (tho not sure if coming from server side or client side). Continue to attempt to load into the game. If it still doesn't work after a while, try a different network connection or a free VPN

the only thing you can make those smoother are enabling VT
or changing between DirectX or OpenGL

Assuming from settings that 60fps is the highest fps supported, having a higher hz screen will not matter.

How much space is needed to run azur lane? 2.1gb + updates and other files?

Ive been getting a fatal api error since last night when trying to buy gems to get more dock spaces

Hm....try clearing the game cache. If that doesn't work, try a file repair from the settings menu in game to see if that clears up the issue

I did it the long way after repairing from menu, deleting the cache and stored data and redownloading as a whole

The play store app wasnt working for some godly reason
Kept saying try again when loading it
So I power reset my phone and relogged and it's working fine again

ya I did and they said well we sent it to our gm for 'investigation'
my computer died and I had to replace parts and I got banned cause my computer blew up

I have the account bound to facebook. I think before that i also had another account too but i just overwritten it with the Synip one.
Okay. If you think it was bound w/ FB, just log into Fb from the title screen of the game and then try logging into all the servers as your account stays on the server taht it was logged into.
Ofc tho, you won't be able to do this until the game comes out of maintenance

I have a problem with the game, since the launch of Sakura Event, sometimes the tabs do not display the content. Re-entering the tab is displayed, but very often the problem repeats itself. The same happens in the tab with the Depot and Shop

the current one is BlueStacks 4.220
I have the same problem but it's only with the crafting menu in the depot. Instead of being blank, it just says Loading indefinitely. I have the latest BlueStacks and AL version. When I try to repair files, it gets stuck at 86%.

you input the email you bound with, generate a code, then you paste the code sent to your email into the code input in game
make sure to login to the server you usually login to and it will be good to go
