As far as Yostar goes I havent tried because I am kinda confused where I am supposed to log in at. I dont think I tried twitter either. My guess is Yostar would be the one that would work because it was bound to that originally.

I do not remember the UID sadly. I tried to see if that information was public but it is not.
try to login from the main menu and see if it works
if not you’ll have to contact customer support and ask them to forcebind to something else / help with yostar email recovery

Then log into to those then. Like I said, a phone number change isn't going to affect your bind.
Your AL account is bound to your social media account, therefore its directly linked to the email associated to said social media account, not to your phone number
why does the game have to restart every time i leave it, like even just minimizing the game to check on discord it needs to restart

If I switched out AL app and run 2 apps after minimizing it
It really does restart
But when I left it minimized for around 15 minutes it still goes back to where I left it

AL does consume a staple amount of RAM so it really restarts when it doesn't meet the minimum RAM required to run it

I was grinding for Ibuki PR1 and decided to switch to Gascogne since the only thing that is left requirement left to unlock her is to submit 30k gold. So I finished her. Normally after finishing a Tech Ship you'll get to choose another Tech Ship to grind but in this case I need to wait for another 24 hours to switch again. Is it normal? Or is it bugged?

Hey guys, I don’t know where to ask this so asking here. Does Azur Lane have any known compatibility issues with iOS 14 beta?
Usually, not too long ago, when a ship got to lvl 100 they would still get exp, once you make the awakening they would get all that exp. But now i had a ship in lvl 115 for a while, i just made the awakening, and even after using her nonstop for the last month, she didn't get any exp. Is it a bug or did they changed to make it harder to lvl up?

I can't play on Lexington server since this morning which is the only server I play on. It just keeps saying "Loading". I tried logging into Amagi server and I could play there but not on Lexington.

Log into your bind option from the title screen of the game and after that, make sure you select the correct server (such as Amagi, Washington, etc) as your account will stay on that server. If you're not sure which one it was, just try logging into all of them

hmm, this is really odd... android os made for windows the following : prime os and Phoenix os, can't play azur lane. while bliss os, seems to get pass the three publisher icons loading page and seems to work
i haven't tested regular vanilla native android x86,
i do not recommend phoenix os, bloatware and ads and pay to use, if anyone is wondering. the other three are more android native os like chrome os

ios has some serious problems since the update i have tried reinstalling multiple times but it has got progressively worse with the crashes now i can only do one battle and then it crashes. this is honestly getting kinda ridiculous. and yes i have the most current update on my ios and my ipad is supported by the app. the fix you guys rolled out on friday last week only fixed the instacrash where it spun the screen and then crashed when you clicked on the app to load it up. i tried dealing with the crashes since thusdays update but now it has gotten to where the game is almost unplayable at times. hopefully this can be resolved sooner than later.
For the data packs is it 10k experience for each singular one or is it 10k for 10. (Sorry for bothering you with a dumb question).

@dapper blaze ipad 6th gen is the bare minimum for AL I believe, if your device has been in use since 2018 and runs a little slow or has lots of apps open in the bg, it is going to run slow in AL
unfortunately I dont have an ultimate list of compatible, no longer compatible, and slightly compatible devices for AL

i have tried playing over both my wifi and without my wifi and i have nothing in background and i have had zero problems with al until this update

@dapper blaze it's just happened on a bad time, i'm 90% sure it's iOS problem regarding to Facebook SDK, since it's not only affecting Azur Lane, but generic app like Spotify or other else that uses facebook as logging in.
sadly it happened when PR3 comes as an update, that's why people assuming these kind of crashes affected because PR3 update, which is I believe, not the reason why.

it was an apple issue, they fixed it but it seems to have been the final string for many iphones and ipads with AL
so basically i am going to have to deal with crashes until i get a new ipad.

and i'd suggest to use MEMu emulator, in case bluestacks / nox are lagging for you.

@elder vapor @sinful yoke , oh whoops, i meant a system running chrome os with playstore, not a Chromebook. it shouldn't have any loading issues like those other three windows custom android os's
just tested out android x86 - x64, version and it worked getting azur lane past the three publisher icons, it just needs arm support in the settings to be turned on and data+cache for the app to be cleared + force stop, if you didn't enable ARM support before installing
I'm getting a weird bug. I changed a ship in my fleet, but when I go to battle, the old ship is still in that fleet. I swapped out Phoenix for Minneapolis, but when I go into battle with that fleet, Phoenix is still in the fleet and no Minneapolis. Restarting the game fixed it, but I thought I'd just bring it up. Is there somewhere officially to report this?

is there a way to reduce or eliminate the lag that occurs in the first 10-15 seconds of a stage where my ships freeze then zoom all over?
@grizzled sable I do know what you're talking about for that lag. Unfortunately I don't think we've found a way to get rid of it. You could try clearing the game cache and/or a file repair from the settings menu in game, but it's not a guarantee to fix it

Hm...unfortunately I can only imagine it being some client side issue (such as a shaky connection to the game servers or corrupt files). If you haven't tried already, try a file repair from the settings menu in game and/or another network connection

I have a question, I tried relogging into my account on a new device through my linked yostar account, somehow it gave me the tutorial again and I lost my data from my old one? I double checked the server and everything, as well as other email just in case I forgotten which one, but no luck. Is this an IOS/Android lock?

The tutorial only shows up on a server that you do not have an account on.
A new device doesn't matter as long as you have logged into your bound social media account and pick the right server

Ive played azur lane for quite a few years now, but lately i ghosted it since i had many things to work on. Now i reinstall the app and i try to sign in with my facebook account, (which is the only one i have binded to it), and for some reason instead of signing me in like it always does, i believes that i am a suspicious user and i cant log in unless i enter in a photo of my state ID. Now that wouldnt be a problem if my facebook account has no info on it whatsoever and is basically used to bind game info, and the name and birthdate i entered for the account doesnt match up with my actual info since "you never put your personal info on the internet." Is there any way to get pass this? I feel like there isnt

I've been playing Azur lane for quite a while and I've uninstalled it and took a break from the game for a whole year. I decided to return yesterday (?) or 2 days ago. I was having issues with the login of my account (worth to mention that I binded my Facebook). So I reinstalled the game yesterday and I was having issues with the login since I didn't know at the time that I had to login IN the title screen and NOT in the "main menu". At first I panicked and I tried to "login" my account via the settings and I went through a entire process of trying to login and whatnot and I somehow accidentally binded my email to the fresh account I was able to login to the old account (the original one) and rebind it to my Facebook and my New Twitter. I wanted to bind the original account to my email as well. But as I stated earlier, I, amidst my panic accidentally binded my email to the new account. Now I was hoping is there a way to "unbind" my email to the new account and bind to the original (old) account. Thanks for taking the time to read this and thanks in advance if you do somehow help me.

so you cant actually clear them, it will always say in challenge mode, but you can use said ship in a fleet and in normal maps

currently servers are under maint so its very hard for me to help you right now

Most likely just the cause of a shaky connection. When your connection is unstable to the game servers, it can kick you out and give you that error (tho it's never a bad idea to turn on your secondary password)

can you try installing from APKPure? normally crashing can mean the device is unsuitable for AL but the specs on this one look fine
we havent gotten any reports on non-GMS phones not working with AL, but the possibility is in the air

just got a new phone and i wanted to get my account on it but for some reason when i logged in with twitter it still created a new account and made me do the tutorial and now i have two accounts on the same server linked to the same twitter and FB account anyone knows how to solve this?
Sounds like you're on the wrong server

I have a question, my Ibuki seems unable to get 150 morale even though i've put her in my dorm. All the other ships have 150 morale points since after some battles, they still have the happy morale icon, while ibuki is already orange. is it a bug or are research ships designed to have a cap at the standard 119 when they aren't in the dorm?

@viscid ember known issue, It's an error where your fleet tech points are shown higher than they actually are. A restart of the app might fix it but it's not guaranteed

Give them as much info about your account as you can like the server, in-game name, commander level, etc. For your UID, if you don't know it, put N/A or I don't know

Nothing I buy on my account is added. And whenever I ask support for help, they "clear the transaction" which places it on my account but causes Google to refund the purchase shortly after. I've talked to support a few times and frankly it's starting to get a little tiresome. I've put a lot of time into my account and I want gems. What do I do?
