Well if the archives even show that you haven't acquired her, then it's likely that you actually didn't. Are you perhaps thinking of another ship?

Is there a way for the game to prevent the phone from sleeping? I know the victory screen does that but in any screen it doesn't. When you idle and the phone sleeps, the game gives false timers and restarting the game is somewhat of a pain.
if you go into your own phones settings and change your idle timer to never it should never sleep unless you turn it off

I would like to know why the new furniture for the race theme doesnt add to the happiness of the dorm?
there's a cap to how much happiness you can have
eventually sets will add 0 happiness because it doesnt contain any furniture that would add happiness in your dorm
so if other sets still give me +happiness, does that mean those seats have furniture that can still increase happiness?
meaning I am limited to buying those sets? or how do I determine which furniture to go for? right now I am at +76% exp gain, 324happiness, with 34 wallpaper, 5 floors, 30 furniture, 1 decor, 30 carpet, 15 wall decor.
whats the max exp gain can we go for?
highest i've seen is like 470-ish happiness but that's including getting all gem furniture iirc
you dont have to buy full sets if you're low on dorm coins btw
if a set increases happiness, go through the set and find the furniture that increases it and buy that only
476 happiness and I haven’t seen much increases pretty much all year, for reference

i don't know if it's my phone, but on manual, my battles always freeze for a couple seconds in the beginning of every battle. Also, whenever I switch from auto to manual it also freezes for a couple sec. Is this normal?

@jade mesa Avrora had problems with receiving their mails iirc. You didn't have to participate at all in the event and you still would have gotten the gauge rewards. I suggest sending a ticket in to yostar so they can take a look

So Im trying to put some of my ships to commissions but I cant and then I return to check on the Dock it says 'in challenge mode' even tho I not lvl 80

Okay, so you did have it bound to FB and Yostar. So just log into FB from the title screen of the game (make sure it's the correct one in case you have multiple ones) and then choose the server you previously played on. If the first doesn't work, try logging into all of them to see if they have your account or start you in the tutorial

I think I have found a bug in the current event.
I have used all of my special passes, as well as all of the daily runs of the event (Air raid drills)
But I am still able to continue playing them over and over, and I even keep getting the points.

Can you delete an account?
The first 15 runs you do each day give better rewards than normal. Once you hit 0/15, you can still fight, for the same number of contribution points, but the droprate of equipment blueprints is much lower. Your 15 runs reset each day, so you will get 15 more "drop-boosted" runs tomorrow. You can use challenge tickets to run "boosted" attempts when you run out of your daily amount.

it says to select the server and it doesnt have the option for amagi
just choose any server and write down you are in amagi not whatever server you put down
i am having an error where i try to launch a normal stage and i get told the game "failed to activate stage, please try again". event stages and pvp stages will load though
try redoing your fleet by taking the ships out then putting them back in, it can generally mean one of your ships are in commission or elsewhere in another fleet and its bugging
There's something weird with my account. I've already cleared B3 of Winter's Crown and is already cleared it all the way to safe mode. When I play on an emulator (Nox) my fleets can move to any tile and the minibosses on the map don't move as it should. But when I play on my phone my fleets has limited move and minibosses can move as if it's not in safe mode anymore. Do I need to reinstall the game on my phone to fix this?
you might need to check if the "clearing mode" toggle is switched. not sure if it is account based or device based

Been attempting to use the help/support in game because I accidentally spent gems on the skill/classroom slot, but each time I click the section, it crashes the game
They don’t do get refunds regardless, but I think an asset repair can fix that? Might be a reinstall though

you are supposed to bind in settings, you probably would have benefited from asking here about the errors in settings before trying the title screen 
contact customer support and let them know you accidentally overwrote your original account, they will go ahead and get you on track to recovering it

You will need to use the "Unbind Facebook" option that'll show up in the account settings menu. If it's the only bind on your account though, you'll need to either place another bind (either w/ Twitter or Yostar) b/c the game won't allow you to unbind the final bind on your account. Or you can contact customer support directly for them to unbind it manually from the backend

It does exactly that.
You'll need to restart the game a few times to get it back into gear.

You need to choose the server that you previously played on as your account stays on that server (such as Amagi, Washington, etc). So be sure that's correct, and if the first one doesn't work, just try logging into all of them to see if any of them have your account

@spring grotto I sent two emails on July 3 and 4. I'm used to getting answers from help, I didn't get any answers, so I sent a second email. Sometimes I have some problems with mail, so I was afraid that they didn't get my first email. I just don't know what I should be waiting for.
Well it's currently the weekend and support only works on business days (so during the week), so the earliest response will be on Monday

@placid lion That is a bug caused by the fact that it is actually showing you the wrong fleet tech number, you actually have a lower fleet tech number than is shown. If you don't mind, please open log mode on that screen and take a screenshot
Also, the fix to that is to just restart your game until it gets back into gear
please also screenshot your ship archive before restarting
Any news on when the scharnhorst ap gun crafting glitch will get fixed? It's been ongoing for quite a while and I can't keep losing blueprints checking.
It's making the triple 283mm 35x6 dmg AP version of her gun impossible to craft.
It just keeps giving you the 40x3 normal dmg version instead.

i cant log in, when i tried facebook, it allowed the new acc to get in

And log in to all servers
like amagi, lexington, sandy, avrora, etc.
Do you remember which server your account was on by any chance?
Try logging into Lexington then when you log into your binded social media account, see if that works.

Not sure. It's been ongoing for a while. Burned another bunch of blueprints today checking because of PR3 releasing on the 9th.

You don't have enough oil
That cause when it show they are coming in when I go in they don’t give the option to active
So I back out and it takes away the oil for them
Not too sure what you mean there. But it's just:
You have 82 oil. Your regular fleet cost 73 oil. You only have 9 oil left (which is lower than the oil cost it cost to call in subs). That's why they won't come into the boss fight
I had 91 before I went in and it show that I had the option for auto subs , but when I went in the option to use them wasn’t there, so when I back out the oil dropped to 81

B/c you initiated the battle then backed out. But yeah, even if you had 91 oil before, you still didn't have enough oil. 91 starting oil - 73 cost for your regular fleet = 18 oil left over. Your subs cost 19 oil
Then why was the option there for them to be either auto or Manuel ?
Not too sure, I can only imagine that perhaps you might've been looking at your actual ship options and not actually seeing subs. But of course, that is just a guess as I can't see that option from your current screenshots
Before the screen shot it gave me the option so as I went in the button for the sub were missing so i backed out then the option was gone
It might've been some kind of temporary glitch or some mistake somewhere along the way, but it was just b/c of oil cost. You never had enough oil to call in your subs
So I lose the oil regardless now great

Please go to the community server. They might be able to help you out there.
Yeah, we're primarily for the EN version of the game so we can't offer any specific advice aside from standard ones such as restarting your device, clearing the game cache, and/or a reinstall
If all else fails, feel free to contact the JP customer support of the game at cs@azurlane.net. I've heard from the community server that all you need is to give them as much details as you can of your problem. As for the language barrier, you can just use the basic google translate to get your point through and they should be able to understand.

@broken garden That is a known bug. It's happening due to the fact that its actually showing you a higher fleet tech number than you actually have. The only known fix is to just keep restarting the game until it shows you the correct fleet tech number.
Excuse me, but I have a little problem with the game. Since yesterday after a battle my game keep the loading screen
