Here has a bug that sometime when you log in, leb will show you faction can be upgrade. Actully, i didn't reach the point but it still showed you can upgrade though tap the botton with show: System error: 40: Illegal Restriction
I bought a Chest of Gems through the apple app store but only got an error message in game no gems. How should I go about this? Try to refund it via apple and buy an other one or can the gems be added assuming the transaction is still fine?

If you wanna just get a refund though, attempt contacting apple first to see if they give you a refund. For the crashing: there should be an update in the Apple Store to fix that issue
@eternal solstice It's just a bug where you fleet tech points are shown higher than you actually have. A restart of the application might fix it temporarily, but it could come back. It's a known bug though
@waxen stirrup The in game chat works on a automatic report basis. If someone gets reported enough times, they will get automatically muted

You need to log into your account on the title page of the game and then select the server that your account was previously on as your account will stay on it

Just restart to exit log mode, the previous error no longer exist, the values now returned to lower count. But now my tech points over 99999999!
Yeah, it's just a bug w/ the fleet tech right now. The devs are needing the log mode and UID to try and locate the issue.

Umm, I have lost my account even though I had a binded Facebook account, and now when I login with that account (in the correct server too) it just puts me in another account and not the one I had originally

@bitter lion You can unbind that account due to it being the last bind on your account. You will either need to place another bind on your account (such as FB or Yostar) or contact customer support directly at al.cs@yo-star.com for them to manually get it for you unbound

If the game is officially released in your region, you just need to add the Google Play card to your account, and then when you're trying to make a purchase, there'll be an option for changing the payment method. Though if the game isn't available in your region (such as you needing to download it from a third party provider such as QooApp/APKPure), Play Cards most likely won't work b/c your local currency won't be supported
Pretty sure a VPN won't work b/c it only changes where it seems like your internet is coming from. It won't change the settings for your Google Play account

You mean to delete the account so the in game name isn't taken up anymore and you can use it again? Unfortunately that's not possible. Accounts cannot be deleted

You cannot, sorry to say. The account and the name will always be there. You can move to a different server though (such as Washington, Sandy, Amagi) and the name shouldn't be taken on them
May I ask you, can I change my old nickname to any name and then my name will it works?
Hm...it could work ideally. But it might take the game a minute to recognize that the old account's name got changed. So you might have to wait for just a little bit after changing the name

Kitsu here I was in the middle of a Mission when all of a sudden it popped up with Someone logged into your account on a different device and took me back to the log in screen and kept telling me that my Login was successful but look along time to load but I'm back in and looks like nothing was touched
That's possibly just a desync issue, if your connection is unstable it can happen. Double check/set up the password if you're worried, though.

@agile grove u just need to go to settings Ingame the account and unbind the Facebook one I don't remember whether it asks for Facebook login again of it does then u need to mail Yostar to unbind it from Facebook I think

iirc, when I was browsing my Archive just recently before I reset it, Ning Hai were incorrectly placed in the Vichya Dominion tag
and, when I was browsing my Retrofit, I remember Ping Hai being incorrectly non-Retrofit in the Retrofit tab area
I have no idea if that will help on things, but I do remember it being extremely odd
there were a lot of things messed up in the Ship Archives, now that I think about it

I logged out and logged back in, and now I can't upgrade the royal navy faction because it says I'm not at 600. the same error happened a while back as well, also for the royal navy faction
I guess for some reason it assumed I could upgrade royal navy when I couldn't, and gave me the error when I tried upgrading it. I don't know why it would happen multiple times though

Aight so I don't know if this is even gonna help my "issue" or not, but I'm playing AL on Memu & sometimes, and for no apparent reason, when I start up Memu normally, and click on AL, it just proceeds to download all the files again (all 2300+)
It's not a huge issue in itself, I can still login to my account just fine with the code etc, nothing is lost, it's just slowly getting on my nerves having to redownload the whole game patch every other day 
Just wondering if anyone had that happen to them before, or knows about it, or maybe has an idea how that could be fixed
I found a thread on their reddit page, posted a few hours ago, but it's literally dead so I doubt I'd get any answers out of that place 
I didn't really edit anything inside Memu itself either, so I haven't played around with it much, maybe there's a setting to prevent it from resetting my game files?

Im moving my azur lane account to an other phone but I start off in the pre login screen and logged into Facebook, but that created a new character, my main character is yostar account binded but when I exit the false created character and enter my yostar account character I end up with this image
I've done my false character's tutorial and logged out
But I still can't bind my real character with Facebook
Restarting and hoping it works is the only fix at the moment.

Hm...I'd personally say to try clearing the game cache and perhaps using a different network connection when buying just to test that out. But in regards to support, you can send them another email, or you can search for those users via Discord Home (at the top left of your search). You need to search to start a conversation

customer support JP will tell you your account is bound after ~4 business days, when you can find the account in a few minutes

it depends on the root of the issue. it could help if the optimization updates help enough to handle the game but i personally found that my hardware was just too old to handle how intense the game was on my phone graphics and RAM

For the device notice: that's most likely just a network connection issue. A shaky connection to the game server can get you logged out automatically and give you that notice.
As for the points, can you screenshot your event screen?

Hm...just to try it out, can you close the game, wait about 10 minutes or so, then relog into the game? Just to see if that causes it to correctly refresh it
