How do I improve the performance of this game in Nox? My pc is quite good (Ryzen 5 2600, 16gb RAM, GTX 1070). I have Nox set to use 6 cores and 8gb of RAM. I get mostly 60fps, but it still stutters quite a lot. How can I fix the stutter?
with that many cores looks like you have virtualization enabled. If ur talking about stutter mainly during exercise it's a NOX since client update a couple of months ago

Yeah, even if your phone did continue to run AL fine for a while, you'd still have to upgrade eventually due to Apple cutting off support for that generation.

everytime i try to login in it crashes or im getting kicked out

- get another device or an emulator and roll there, and if you get it, bind that account and transfer it to your iOS device

by changing that and reinstalling the game, you can reroll
there is an app that allows you to change your mobile device id, but you need to root your device first.. and i don't think you can do that easily on iOS

How to create account on Yostar?
You just need to go into the settings menu in game, go to account, and choose to bind to Yostar
and then follow the prompts from there

Correct. AL doesn't support them anymore after a recent update. If I had to guess, your phone just recently auto downloaded that update for AL
Well that's... lame. There was the non-mandatory update for the help thing which I ended up grabbing yesterday when I was updating some other apps, and that's when it stopped, so yeah I guess it was that. Should prolly update the store page since it still says my phone is supported.

@steel ocean typically that's either network connection issues or file issues, I'd check your wifi/data and or try a reinstall/file repair if possible

Hello, a friends of mine is having problems logging in via Bluestacks (his phone cant support the game anymore)
He told me he bound his Account to Facebook and Yostar-Acc, but Facebook is giving him an Error Code and when he logs in with the Code the Yostar Mail provides, the Game starts a New Game
this is the error code the Facebook Login shows. It appears right after tapping on the Facebook button
Does someone know why this Error appears and how to prevent it?

That hasn’t helped. This person is on my account and each time I’m at work is when tech support removes the Yostar account. This person keeps changing the email when it’s removed. This is insane.
He’s spending my gems and all that.

I have a secondary password and two other accounts linked.
Just ridiculous that I told support he’s on the account and still adding his own email to it. They messaged me at almost 3 AM that they removed it again.
They might not be completely aware that the person still has access despite the removal and I would let them know that as clearly as possible, but I would also check your other bind methods, since it's possible they have access to those somehow. I would also advise setting up your own email (or a dummy) before they can again.
Sorry, I work almost 14 hours a day. I can’t possibly wake up every 30 minutes to check for an email so I can jump on my phone and set a new Yostar account. It’s not those accounts, because I only had a Yostar account before this issue started. I bound my Apple ID by pure luck just before trying to change my Yostar account to a new email.

While you could possibly request CS to do it directly in that case, I think you should focus on clearing up the issue with them directly

If they force bind it via Account Recovery, the other guy should not be able to access it unless he has access to the Binding Accounts like Facebook, Twitter or your E-Mail
Create an entirly new Mail, create a new account and contact CS to force bind it to your new account
I’ve taken off 1 by 1 and changed all the passwords before rebinding what I could.
You can try what stryder suggested, it's what I meant by having CS directly bind the yostar to prevent repeat rebinds.
If they can do that, why wouldn’t they recommend it when I told them this person keeps setting a Yostar account after they unbind it?

Hi guys. Since this afternoon, all the images in the game on my emulator (Bluestacks) have been displaying in lower quality than before. Like more compressed or something. The game itself loads and run fast and smooth, as if I were running it on my phone, cuz all settings are cranked up. The UI also looks crisp. Just all the images look bad, it wasn't like this before. You can't disconnect the FB account b/c it's the last bind on your account. You can't disconnect the last bind on your account. So you'll either need to place another bind on your account or contact customer support so that they can do it manually for you on the backend
